Veils Cast Over Truth – Terror, 'Khorosan' and Islam

By Scott W. Winchell and Denise Simon

What’s in a name? No! We are not discussing the rose, rather Islam. More specifically, who “IS” the “Khorosan Group?” Invent a name, hide the past. That is what resulted from an aide referring to the location this group from al Qaeda in Afghanistan came from sources tell us. Conveniently affording Obama and team a veil to cover the truth.

ISIL is not Islamic. No religion condones the killing of innocents, and the vast majority of ISIL’s victims have been Muslim.”

This now famous utterance by President Obama prior to 9/11/14 was assailed immediately by a large swath of experts and the alternative media here in the blogosphere.

Of course, that statement is just another manifestation of his penchant for deceiving the country to achieve his political ends.khurasan

Tell them some big grandiose tales with fervor and the masses will believe.

Tell the world that al Qaeda is decimated and on the run, the masses will cheer. Of course he said that to get reelected in 2012. It worked, but now we are paying for it.

On just two points, we can sum up Obama’s presidency – Islam is peaceful and al Qaeda is decimated! Both are blatantly untrue and we and many others have demonstrated this for years.

Think about it, change the name, you change the perspective, therefore you win in the political sphere.

The left is famous for labeling and redefining words, so why not call al Qaeda a new name as they emerge as a very clear and present danger again.

But it is actually worse when it comes to saying ISIS (Da’esh) is not Islamic. If that is true, then what are the people who make up the other evil forces emanating from Islam? Let’s mention just a few:

Hamas, Hezbollah, Lashkar-e-Taiba, Haqqani Network, Jumat al Fukra, al Aksa Martyr’s Brigade, Ansar al Sharia, al Shabaab, Boko Haram, Jabhat al Nusra, PLO, Moro Islamic Liberation Front, Abu Sayyaf, Jemaah Islamiyah, Uyghurs, Tamil Eelam, Kumpulan Mujahidin Malaysia, Jama’atul Mujahideen, Harkat-ul-Jihad-al Islami, Abu Nidal Organization,Gama’a al-Islamiyya, Palestine Liberation Front, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine PFLP, Revolutionary Organization 17 November, Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan, Jaish-e-Mohammed, Asbat al-Ansar, Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, Ansar al-Islam, Libyan Islamic Fighting Group, Islamic Jihad Group, Tehrik-e Taliban, Jundallah, Army of Islam, Indian Mujahidin, Jemaah Anshorut Tawhid, Abdallah Azzam Brigades, Ansar al-Dine, Ansaru, al-Mulathamun Battalion, Ansar al-Shari’a in Benghazi, Ansar al-Shari’a in Darnah, Ansar al-Shari’a in Tunisia, AQAP, Dhamaat Houmet Daawa Salafia, Morroccan Islamic Combatant Group, Salafiya Jihadia, Jama’a Comattante Tunisenne, al Ittihad al Islami, East Turkistan Ilsamic Movement, Sipah i Sahaba, Lashar e Jhangvi, Al Ghurabaa, Al Ittihad al Islamia, Ansar al Sunna, Ansar Bayt al Maqdis, Baluchistan Liberation Army, Hezb E Islami Gulbuddin, Imarat Kavkaz (Caucasus Emirate), Chechen militants, and let us not forget, the Muslim Brotherhood…

Notice any similarities? Yes, we thought you would – all are Islamic. This list is not even close to all that could be mentioned, but you get the point, Obama made a very disingenuous statement.

The question is, how many of these are al Qaeda affiliates or off-shoots? How many were created since 2009, or after Osama bin Laden was killed? Again, you get the point, Obama is misleading you for political cover or gain. You live in either Dar al-Harb, or Dar al-Islam – the land of war, or the land of Islam.

Our own State Department and Counter-terrorism Centers list most of these, and they far out number any other terrorist organizations like the Irish Republican Army, Japan’s Aum Shinrikyo, and FARC in Columbia. Terrorism is indeed a trademark of Islam. There are many people tracking these groups and many more. See also here, and here at Jihad Watch.

behead_islamAnother point we want to emphasize is that al Qaeda comes in many names, some they assigned to themselves, others that were assigned by the west – why? Because there are political games played right in front of your eyes – like the Khorosan Group!

Yes, Obama and team gave al Qaeda a new name so you would not notice that his boasts and football spiking were all dishonest and self-serving.

Al Qaeda is bigger and stronger than ever – but these are just names that are all one thing – Islamic Jihadism, fundamental Islam carried out as proscribed by their prophet, fanatically. Muhammad would approve, especially the beheading parts!

Now ask, who is supporting all of them – think in large measure, Qatar, Turkey, Russia, Iran, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia… the Muslim Brotherhood.

Let’s also consider another aspect, if it isn’t Islam, what is it? In your own words Mr. President, you tell us that Muslims die in far greater numbers at the hands of these evil doers. There is a reason for that, it is called apostasy. In Islam, by order, you are all in or you are an apostate. That brings us to another point; all these groups come from Islamic nations.

The Pew Research Center tells us there are 49 countries with Muslim majorities, with Nigeria about to become the 50th, but that was a number from 2011, so Nigeria may already qualify.

The Muslim world is over 24% of the Earth’s population, or almost 1.7 billion people and stretches from Morocco to Indonesia, so do all the groups listed above. The Muslim footprint grows daily and many countries’ indigenous peoples will soon become minorities in the west.

One large final question to ask, what are mosques in the West delivering in their sermons that fighters from the West are joining al Qaeda against the West.

ObamaUnApology2
Obama speaks before the UN General Assembly – and again apologizes for America, and Ferguson, really Mr. President?

The always insightful Andy McCarthy drives these points home:

We’re being had. Again.

For six years, President Obama has endeavored to will the country into accepting two pillars of his alternative national-security reality. First, he claims to have dealt decisively with the terrorist threat, rendering it a disparate series of ragtag jayvees.

Second, he asserts that the threat is unrelated to Islam, which is innately peaceful, moderate, and opposed to the wanton “violent extremists” who purport to act in its name.

Now, the president has been compelled to act against a jihad that has neither ended nor been “decimated.” The jihad, in fact, has inevitably intensified under his counterfactual worldview, which holds that empowering Islamic supremacists is the path to security and stability.

Yet even as war intensifies in Iraq and Syria — even as jihadists continue advancing, continue killing and capturing hapless opposition forces on the ground despite Obama’s futile air raids — the president won’t let go of the charade.

Hence, Obama gives us the Khorosan Group. The who?

There is a reason that no one had heard of such a group until a nanosecond ago, when the “Khorosan Group” suddenly went from anonymity to the “imminent threat” that became the rationale for an emergency air war there was supposedly no time to ask Congress to authorize. (Read the rest here.)

We agree with Andy – we were sold a bill of goods again!

"Extortion 17" – Ramp Ceremony – Imam Damns Heroes to Hell

Warriors damned to hell in a ceremony to honor the fallen – Families Speak Out!

By Scott W. Winchell, SUA National Editor-in-Chief

“EXTORTION 17”

In a few minutes from the time of this post, the press conference held at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. by the families of our heroic warriors we lost on August 6, 2011 in Afghanistan will have begun. Many of the fallen were members of SEAL Team VI, and the announcement will have revealed new information and an astonishing video of the “Ramp Ceremony” held for members of “Extortion 17”  who were ambushed by the Taliban.

Larry Klayman moderated the press conference and some of the parents gave moving speeches regarding the loss of their sons. Stand Up America’s MG Paul E. Vallely and many others spoke in support of the fallen warriors. Billy and Karen Vaughn with their daughter Tara and their granddaughter Annabelle were in attendance, along with Charlie and Mary Lou Strange, Doug and Shawne Hamburger with their son Jeremy, and Mr. Sidh Douangdara, all family members of some of the fallen heroes of “Extortion 17”.

Also speaking were Lt. Gen. Tom McInerney, Lt. Gen. Jerry Boykin, Navy SEAL Ben Smith, Capt. Larry Bailey, Adm. “Ace” Lyons, former Congressman Lt. Col Allen West, and Brigitte Gabriel of ACT. Two Representatives from Congress also showed their support by attending for as long as they could, they were Michelle Bachman (MN) and Louie Gomert (TX). Tom Trento of United West recorded the event and provides us with the video below. Billy and Karen Vaughn provided the “Ramp Ceremony” video that was edited and captioned by Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch.

Other family members of our fallen heroes like the Benson Family wished to attend but were unable to be there.

Scroll down for the video of the Ramp Ceremony.

Here is the live recording of the press conference in its entirety:

The fact that a Muslim ceremony was included is not the point, what is, are the words spoken over members of our lost warrior team by a Muslim in uniform, flown in especially for the event. The Imam’s words were not only insulting, it was undoubtedly an attempt to curry favor with our enemies at the expense of American heroes and their families. It not only denigrates the faith of the fallen, it damns them to hell.

The Commander-in-Chief and his Administration is once again revealed for their true loyalties, and their concerted efforts to denigrate and dismantle our military. Military morale is at an all-time low, we wonder why!

How do you think the families felt hearing a translation of what was said? Their loved ones in flag draped coffins being damned to hell by a Muslim in uniform. Ft. Hood quickly jumps to mind, as does the way Obama and his crew prioritizes its message to the world – damned be the American families and their grief and beliefs.

Then ask yourself why this administration insisted upon this type of funerary “ramp” service. Who thought this up? Who made this happen? Why did the content of the Muslim sermon not get vetted before it was spoken over the souls of our fallen warriors? Did they think we would not eventually know what was said over the souls of our heroes, those who lived up to the ultimate extent of their oaths?

With the hearings on Benghazi restarted yesterday in the House of Representatives, one must seriously question the motives and loyalties of our federal leadership concerning the interaction America has with the Muslim community worldwide and the failed foreign policy of Hillary Clinton and Barrack H. Obama. It is time for all Americans to stand up and take notice.

Hear are the words of the Muslim speaking over the flag draped coffins of our dead heroes in the video:

“Amen, I shelter in Allah the merciful forgiver. The companions of the fire, the sinners and the infidels who are fodder for hell fire are not equal with the companions of heaven. The companions of heaven, Muslims are the winners. Had we sent this Koran to a mountain, you would have seen the mountain prostrated in fear of Allah. (Mocking the God of Moses) Such examples are what we present to the people, to the people so that they would think. (Repent and convert to Islam). Blessing are to your God (Allah) the God of glory of what they describe. And peace be upon the messengers (prophets) and thanks be to Allah the Lord of both universes of mankind and Jinn.”

The video is amazing, and it is reduced in size and augmented by captioning to quickly tell the story of the unconscionable way our deceased warriors were treated upon their arrival. The original version was also redacted only to protect the innocent and the families.

Here is a brief on what was conveyed by the family and our retired military community:

  1. How President Obama and Vice President Biden, having disclosed on May 4, 2011, that Navy SEAL Team VI carried out the successful raid on Bin Laden’s compound resulting in the master terrorist’s death, put a retaliatory target on the backs of the fallen heroes.
  2. How and why high-level military officials sent these Navy SEAL Team VI heroes into battle without special operations aviation and proper air support.
  3. How and why middle-level military brass carries out too many ill-prepared missions to boost their standing with top-level military brass and the Commander-in-Chief in order that they can be promoted.
  4. How the military restricts special operations servicemen and others from engaging in timely return fire when fired upon by the Taliban and other terrorist groups and interests, thus jeopardizing the servicemen’s lives.
  5. How and why the denial of requested pre-assault fire may have contributed to the shoot down of the Navy SEAL Team VI helicopter and the death of these special operations servicemen.
  6. How Afghani forces accompanying the Navy SEAL Team VI servicemen on the helicopter were not properly vetted and how they possibly disclosed classified information to the Taliban about the mission, resulting in the shoot down of the helicopter.
  7. How military brass, while prohibiting any mention of a Judeo-Christian God, invited a Muslim cleric to the funeral for the fallen Navy SEAL Team VI heroes who disparaged in Arabic the memory of these servicemen by damning them as infidels to Allah. A video of the Muslim cleric’s “prayer” will be shown with a certified translation.

The video is just over ten minutes, please watch the entirety and make your own judgment as to the solemnity and content:

America – this is not who we are, certainly not as depicted by this Imam!

A transcript and video will be produced shortly capturing the news conference and the complete set of words spoken by retired military, Larry Klayman, and the families of our fallen warrior heroes, many of whom were warriors responsible for the demise of Osama bin Laden.

Time to challenge the lies!

America's Full-Blown Dhimmitude – Diana West

Diana West asks why in the world U.S. apologized for burning Qurans

By Diana West

WND

I’ve got it.

Diana West

After all these years of official stumbling over what to call the mission the United States has spearheaded in the Islamic world in response to the 9/11 attacks, I’ve come up with a name – not to brag or anything – that I believe brings much-needed clarity to our cause.

We’ve come a long way since the days of the Global War on Terror. Frankly, the GWOT – whatever that was supposed to mean (how do you fight against a tactic?) – is so 10 years ago. “Terror,” meanwhile, has morphed into “extremism,” but that’s only made things more unclear. We still don’t know what it’s all supposed to be about.

Until today.

Mr. and Mrs. America, boys and girls, welcome to the Global War on Quran-Burning, as led by the United States Masochists To Make the World Safe for Shariah (Islamic law).

If a column could have special effects, this is where piercing beams of sunlight would dispel clouds of confusion as pink bunnies jump up and down, squeaking, “That’s it, that’s it!” And a sigh of relief would spread across the happy valley …

Or would it? If my title for the war our country has engaged us in is apt, have I described a cause most Americans support? I don’t think so, but, of course, I don’t claim to know the answer. That’s partly because I see no upset in the land over the latest and greatest display of American dhimmitude – the subservient state of Jews and Christians in thrall to Islamic law – that we have witnessed in Afghanistan all week. Afghan Muslims have convulsed in rioting and killing (among other fatalities, two U.S. military personnel have been murdered by an Afghan army member) on word that Qurans and other religious materials were disposed of on a U.S. military base after authorities discovered the books were being used at Parwan prison in what the BBC said may have been “a secret Taliban message system.”

You didn’t hear about that last part? I’m not surprised. This crucial piece of the story – the logical reason for the books’ destruction – is treated by the media, and also by the U.S. government, as secondary material. At least one unnamed “U.S. official” imparted this part of the story to the press (Reuters and AFP); unnamed “Afghan officials” have told the BBC the same thing. Judging by the gingerly way this news is being handled, it almost seems as if the perfectly logical rationale for the disposal of these materials is regarded as an embarrassment.

Not so the outrageous, primitive response of rioting Muslims. In our state of abject apology, we have, in effect, condoned this murderous behavior according to the Islamic rules governing treatment of the Quran. This isn’t just political correctness run amok; it’s open submission to Islamic law. After all, the Quran is an inanimate object, a thing, cheaply printed and distributed by the gazillion, often by Saudi Arabia. We – if by “we” I may still refer to the Judeo-Christian-humanist world – do not rampage and shoot people when an inanimate object, a thing, even a Bible, is torn, written on or thrown away. In fact, we have constitutional rights to do all of those things as a matter of free speech.

Nonetheless, we as a nation – spilling blood for the “noble people of Afghanistan,” as top commander Marine Gen. John R. Allen says in his prostration video – have deemed it vital to accommodate, apologize, slurp and scrape to those who do. Equally as tragic, in the frenzy to apologize, the logic behind throwing the stuff away has been sacrificed. Reason itself has been discarded in a shameful and irrational act of fealty. This isn’t just dysfunctional behavior. This is full-blown dhimmitude.

Sorry to disappoint the pink bunnies.

U.S. Loses Another Drone, This Time In Afghanistan

By Robert Johnson

Business Insider

At 3:15 EDT no major U.S. news agencies have picked up the report.

There have been no solid confirmations on this report, but following the loss of a Sentinel RQ-170 drone to Iran and the loss of a second drone in the Seychelles earlier this month, reports are coming out of Afghanistan/Iran that the U.S. has lost another UAV.

The Avenger - Taliban claims it is responsible for downing yet another drone.

PressTV reports that Afghan officials claim the drone crashed in Afghanistan’s southeastern province of Paktia.

The news agency also says a statement released by NATO forces Tuesday confirmed the crash, but is calling it an “emergency landing due to technical malfunction.”

Spokesman for the Taliban Zabiullah Mujahid claims his group shot the drone from the sky, saying the Taliban have shot down several aircraft over Afghanistan this year.

The BBC Pashto site has a picture of a crashed drone. The site’s in Arabic, but check out the picture here.

The Khaama Press, an online Afghan site, confirms the drone went down due to technical problems and was not shot down by the Taliban.

Since these aren’t the most well known and respected news sites, it’s probably wise to take the reports with a grain of salt. Just as interesting as the U.S losing another drone is that the claim can now be made, and given the U.S.’s recent record, it’s not entirely unbelievable. Regardless, it could be an interesting addition to the propoganda coming out of Iran recently.

Interfax also reports the drone crash via The Voice Of RussiaInterfax is a non-governmental news agency based in Moscow that says the crash occurred near Paktia, and the city of Ahmadabad.

Al-Shahab – The focus is elsewhere as killing increases

Editor’s Note – Al-Shabab is a Somali faction of Al Qaeda that in recent days, has emerged as a killing machine, and Kenyan soldiers have even entered Somalia to confront them. Included below is the latest article on that theater. Border wars and the struggle for control of Somalia have become a major conflict that the UN and NATO forces have essentially ignored. We are witnessing yet another re-do of Mogadishu as US troops land in Uganda, and it is spreading to other regions. Yet, the wars in the Middle East and North Africa also include the massive fighting and death toll on the Kurd group P.K.K.in and around Turkey and Iraq. The PKK has been deemed a terror organization by the United States.

al-Shabab Somali Faction aligned with al-Qaeda

Our diplomatic strategy seems most predominantly focused on Afghanistan and Pakistan despite the myriad issues elsewhere. Currently, Hillary Clinton has a very large delegation with her for her meeting with Karzai. “U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Afghan President Hamid Karzai participated in a joint press conference in Kabul on the eve of Clinton’s visit to Pakistan”. In the Wednesday address, Clinton warned Pakistan against harboring terrorists, using what The New York Times labeled “some of the Obama administration’s most pointed language to date.

Clinton and Karzai discussed the implications of Pakistan providing safe haven to militants including the Taliban and the Haqqani, and Clinton pledged to “push the Pakistanis very hard” on the issue of terrorism. Clinton is scheduled to arrive in Islamabad on Thursday accompanied by an “unusually powerful” delegation including U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman General Martin Dempsey and CIA Director David Petraeus, and will reportedly deliver a message of both “support and pressure” to Pakistan. Despite the “muscular show of diplomatic force,” The New York Times reports that talks may be plagued by “fundamentally different views” held by the two countries on how to combat terrorism. That is an understatement of course, and its not the only set of differing views in that theater.

Pakistan Security Brief – In recent months, Pakistan has “turned the tables” on the U.S. by charging that terrorist safe havens have developed in eastern Afghanistan, which Pakistan suggests is the “new regional hub for Islamist militants.” According to the Washington Post, some analysts have expressed that Pakistan may be “pushing this case as an excuse for not pursuing the Haqqani Network” in Pakistani territory. Meanwhile, the U.S. is pushing Pakistan to accept a proposal allowing for international monitoring bodies to be stationed along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border to ensure regional security and non-interference prior to the withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan in 2014.”

Somali Shebab rebels claim dozens of dead AU peacekeepers

By Mustafa Haji Abdi

AFP/Yahoo

Somalia’s Al-Qaeda-linked Shebab rebels displayed “over 70” dead bodies outside Mogadishu on Thursday, which they claimed were African Union peacekeepers killed in battle.

If verified, it would be the worst massacre and largest single defeat that the AU force in Mogadishu has suffered in some four years of bloody battles defending the weak Western-backed government against the hardline Shebab.

“We have killed more than 70 of the enemy soldiers today… We have inflicted heavy losses on them and you can see their dead bodies,” Shebab spokesman Sheikh Ali Mohamud Rage said, displaying the bodies in the dust to reporters.

Angry crowds dragged some of the bodies across the ground, witnesses said.

Photographs show long lines of at least 20 bodies dressed in military uniform laid out in the sand, surrounded by a large crowd with their faces covered.

Witnesses confirmed that the dead bodies were displayed in the extremist Shebab-controlled Alamada area, some 18 kilometres (11 miles) outside the war-torn capital late Thursday, and that the bodies were not Somalis.

“I have seen the largest number of soldiers killed in a battle, I have counted 63 Burundian soldiers, all of them dead, the Shebab brought them on trucks to Alamada,” Hasan Yunus, a witness said.

“Some of the dead bodies were dragged along by angry residents — I could not count them exactly, but there were more than 60,” said Ahmed Jama, another witness.

African Union Mission for Somalia (AMISOM) troops and government forces have been pushing into remaining rebel areas in Mogadishu, after the bulk of the Shebab abandoned fixed positions in August.

Burundian troops with the 9,000 strong AMISOM force control the sector closest to the fighting and are believed to have led the assault.

Ugandan soldiers make up the bulk of the AU force and control other sections of the anarchic capital.

Despite their pullout from much from the capital, the Shebab have not wavered from their aim to topple the AU-protected government. They still control large swathes of southern and central Somalia, and remain a serious security threat.

Shebab fighters in southern Somalia are also facing assaults from Kenyan troops and tanks backed by air strikes since Nairobi declared war on the insurgents and confirmed it had moved its forces into Somalia on Sunday.

Kenya’s military said Thursday it had seized the coastal area of Ras Kamboni without a fight, a former Shebab stronghold just across the Somali border, said military spokesman Major Emmanuel Chirchir.

Inland, Chirchir said Kenyan troops were bogged down by “heavy rains” some 100 kilometres (60 miles) inside Somalia, as they prepared to push forward to seize the town of Afmadow, where Somali government forces were fighting.

Nairobi’s unprecedented military incursion into Somalia, which it said had already killed dozens of Shebab fighters, has triggered warnings of bloody retaliation by the Shebab.

The Shebab deny involvement in a spate of attacks and abductions from Kenya — including that of a disabled French woman who died in captivity — that Nairobi says prompted its offensive.

In Somalia, there has been a series of suicide bombings in the capital since the Shebab rebels said they were abandoning face-to-face battles and switching to guerrilla tactics in the city instead.

Earlier this month, a suicide bomber exploded a truck laden with explosives, killing at least 82 people and wounding many more.

But the deaths in Mogadishu Thursday provide a grim warning suggesting that the Shebab remain a powerful military threat.

Shamso Abdulkadir was amongst the giant crowd who came to see the dead bodies, and said that some wore body armour and helmets.

“I have counted 70, most of them were shot in the head and shoulders,” Abdulakdir told AFP.

“Residents gathered to watch the dead bodies after they were publicly displayed, and then afterwards, they were dragged about by people,” she said.

Somali government and AMISOM officials could not be immediately reached for comment.

Heavy fighting was reported in the northwest Deynile district throughout Thursday, but Somali government officials had earlier said they were moving alongside AU troops “towards the final strongholds of the terrorist militants”.

Battles began before dawn in Mogadishu as AU-backed Somali forces advanced on holdout Islamist Shebab positions, officials and witnesses said.

The fighting was centered in Deynile suburb, a remaining pocket still held by the Al-Qaeda linked militants, which borders the rebel-held Afgoye, the world’s largest camp for displaced people.
