The First Four-Star Flag Officer in US History Joins the Effort to Void the Election of the US President

By Capt Joseph R. John, October 23, 2019: Op Ed # 453

For the first time in 243 years a 4-star decorated and retired US Navy Admiral, Admiral William McRaven, violated the ethos of military professionalism by authoring an Op Ed for release in the New York Times.  McRaven openly attacked the President of the United States and brayed for the removal of the President, stating it is time for a new person in the Oval Office—“the sooner, the better.”

What does he mean by “sooner”?  Despite the fact that Admiral McRaven knows the Presidential election will take place in one year, he wants the President removed hurriedly.  He is encouraging the public to remove the US President, before all American citizens can exercise their Constitutional right to vote to re-elect President Trump in 2020.  McRaven has been a consistent, vociferous critic of the President, even prior to his election.  McRaven is no longer content with being critical, he has joined with Democrat Socialist’s and others like George Soros, who for three years, has been funding the effort to void the election of President Trump.

McRaven is subtly alleging that he is a spokesman for current and former members of the military.  Consider his audacity, appropriating for himself the moral authority to speak for all members of the US Armed Forces, when a large majority of members of the US Armed Forces, retired career military personnel, and veterans voted for President Trump, and current polls show they will vote for him again.

During their training to become Military Officers, to their commissioning, and during their service, it is instilled in every Military Officer, subject to the US Code of Military Justice, to follow the lawful orders of the Commander-in-Chief, and not to participate in any attempt to remove a sitting President of the United States in a Coup d’ Etat.

Do the American people really want the impeachment of the US President, promoted by Admiral McRaven, Lieutenant General James Clapper, and John Brennan, to lead to the removal of a President from office?  Does the American electorate want a country in which a retired Flag or General Officer can publicly damn the Commander-in-Chief over policy differences and call for his removal from office?

McRaven is another of the many officers who were carefully screened and selected, over an 8-year period, by Obama to ensure that they were Politically Correct, before he would promote them to Flag and General rank.  Those Politically Correct Flag and General Officers were screened to ensure that they would unquestionably drive Obama’s destructive Social Experiment On Diversity into the US Armed Forces.   Flag and General Officers who opposed Obama’s Social Experiment On Diversity were forced to retired, and the remaining rank and file members of the US Armed Forces were not able to object to the Social Experiment On Diversity, if they didn’t want to be court martialed for disobedience of general orders.

Every branch of the US Armed Forces has Obama’s Politically Correct Flag and General Officers, and they continue to drive the destructive Social Experiment On Diversity into the US Armed Forces.  It has been damaging the officer training at all 5 Service Academies.  It initially changed the Rules Of Engagement (ROEs) during combat, and increased Killed In Action (KIA) and Wounded In Action (WIA) by over 300% (President Trump returned those ROE to their origin).  It negatively affected the “Combat Effectiveness” of the US Armed Forces by driving women, with lesser physical qualification than men, into the tip of the spear combat units.  It has resulted in the increased rape of straight male recruits to unacceptable levels and it did so much more damage.

Admiral McRaven’s New York Times Op Ed “crossed the line”!  It was a shocking radically political and subverting article.  McRaven, has joined with James Clapper, John Brennan, George Soros, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Tom Perez, Adam Schiff, Jerry Nadler, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, and the far left Progressive/Socialist Caucus in the House of Representatives, led by Rep Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rep Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), and Rep Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), who have been calling for the secret and hurried impeachment of President Trump behind closed doors, while selectively leaking negative snippets to undermine The President.  They are wanting the impeachment to happen before American voters can have the right to have their voices heard in a national presidential election.

McRaven and his fellow Progressives know the President will be re-elected by the American people if the election is held in November 2020; they want him removed from the Oval Office before that ever happens—-“the sooner, the better”.  McRaven and his fellow conspirators don’t want an honest and open election to be held, they want to invalidate the 2016 election of President Trump by the 63 million deplorables who voted for President Trump.

Many Flag and General officers and military personnel of all ranks have been repulsed by McRaven’s often stated, strong support for John Brennan, who voted for Communist US Presidential candidate Gus Hall, and became a stealth Muslim convert in support for the appointment of members of the Muslim Brotherhood International Terrorist organization in government positions.

After Brennan was appointed by Obama, he recruited CIA Officers who were Politically Correct, and his promotions within the CIA elevated Politically Correct CIA Officers, that would be acceptable to Obama, to new positions of leadership within the CIA; they are still there.  One of Brennan’s CIA employees, who worked with Vice President Biden on the Ukraine desk in the Obama White House, filed the bogus and untruthful hearsay Whistleblower complaint about President Trump’s conversation with the President of Ukraine—he or she said they didn’t like the tone of the conversation, when they never even heard the conversation.

Brennan led the fake Russia collusion allegation against President Trump, taking his direction from Obama, and is now one of the leaders of the continued treasonous coup attempt to bring down the first President of the United States in history; this time using another fake allegation about a Ukrainian phone call.  The Whistleblower (actually the leaker) who filed the complaint with hearsay information has disappeared.   McRaven has thrown his lot in with conspirators Brennan, Clapper, Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Soros, Perez, Schiff, Nadler, Pelosi, and Schumer to initiate a Coup d’ Etat.  The left of center liberal media establishment is supporting the coup in their daily call for the impeachment based on false allegations.

When one compares the honorable service of thousands of SEALs who courageously went into harm’s way in service to their country, and in certain cases gave their lives in the defense of the Republic, with what McRaven is doing, it is a dishonorable act.   In publishing that Op Ed in the New York Times to encourage national support for the hurried removal of the first US President in history before Americans are allowed to vote, McRaven is violating his oath of office, and betraying the trust servicemen had in him.

McRaven’s comments in the below listed article are truly shocking, regrettable, and discrediting.  McRaven has revealed himself to be a member of the deep state, working with the left of center liberal media establishment, and discredited Socialists, Progressives, and Leftists in Congress, who have been trying to void the election of the President for three years.

As a Flag Officer, McRaven’s actions may, in the eyes of many Americans, damage the images of other Honorable Flag and General Officers, who are true Patriots with excellent reputations.  Over the past 243 years, Flag and General Officers have served the Republic in peace and war, and have never participated in an effort to void the election by American Citizens of their US President.

McRaven actions have undermined the public’s view of the US military as the most-trusted and apolitical institution in the nation, that impartially serves the nation’s welfare.  McRaven’s exploitation of his rank and his military service, for partisan political purposes, should be rejected by all clear thinking American citizens.

The Cure for Radical Islam Is Nationalism

The Cure for Radical Islam Is Nationalism

By Lawrence Sellin, Colonel, U.S. Army (ret.)

For too long, many presumed experts have attempted to solve the problem of radical Islam by dissecting religious texts or recommending the support of so-called “moderate” Islamic factions.

It is a fool’s errand.

The problem with radical Islam, like other forms of political extremism, is that it is hegemonistic and totalitarian. In a world where democratic institutions remain fragile, national security options are often imperfect and contesting monolithic threats short of war may be best executed by navigating or leveraging inherent geopolitical strata and fractures.

The single, most relevant impediment to radical Islam is ethnic and cultural nationalism.

Tribal, ethnic, cultural and linguistic characteristics are primordial, traditionally hereditary and often the default forms of social identification that predate organized religion. It is only when religious practices were incorporated into those forms of identity that religion became a significant factor or sometimes a substitute for traditional identity.

That is, when religion goes beyond individual or group spiritual beliefs and begins to have not just social, but also political influence, it reaches, or is promoted as, a form of hereditary identification.

Nevertheless, tribal, ethnic, cultural and linguistic identity remain fault lines even in societies where Islam is the dominant religion. Kurdish nationalism in regions where radical Islam is an ever-present menace is an example most familiar to Americans.

Nowhere, however, are fault lines more consequential for U.S. policy than in Pakistan, the Yugoslavia of South Asia.

Yugoslavia was established in the aftermath of World War I as a pan-Slavic solution to the political volatility many blamed for the outbreak of the war. It was cobbled together as a federation of six republics with borders drawn along ethnic and historical lines, most of which were remnants of the defeated Austro-Hungarian Empire.

Ethnic separatism eventually overcame the presumed unifying concept of pan-Slavism and Yugoslavia did not survive the century in which it was created.

Likewise, Pakistan is an artificial state created by the British during the partition of India, based on the ideology of Islam and composed of ethnic groups that never interacted in any significant way. Pakistan’s Sunni “Islamization” program, begun by President Zia-ul-Haq (1977-1988), which involved the proliferation of Islamic schools “madrasas” and the promotion of Islamic law “Sharia,” was specifically designed to create national unity by suppressing ethnic separatism and religious diversity. As a result, radical Islamic groups, including the Taliban, have proliferated in Pakistan, becoming increasingly more extreme.

Traditionally secular and tolerant, Pakistan’s southwest province of Balochistan has been the home of a festering ethnic insurgency since 1948, when it was deprived of independence and forcibly incorporated into Pakistan. Despite its mineral wealth, the Baloch have been intentionally kept underdeveloped by the Pakistan government, and have been subjected to extensive Islamization, oppression and alleged extrajudicial killings by the Pakistani military.

As a result of both official neglect and intent, the Pakistani province of Balochistan now possesses all the elements of instability, including political corruption, criminal gangs, drug trafficking, a plethora of Islamic extremist groups and an extensive Taliban infrastructure along its common border with Afghanistan.

A secular and independent Balochistan would drive a stake into the heart of radical Islam and change the strategic dynamics in a region, where U.S. influence is rapidly shrinking.

The Pashtun Tahafuz (Protection) Movement (PTM) is a campaign for Pashtun human rights based in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and the Balochistan provinces of Pakistan. The Pakistani government views the PTM as an ethnic separatist movement and has made efforts to suppress it. Those efforts include alleged government-inspired attacks conducted by the Taliban on the PTM and the incorporation of FATA into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province.

The latter was ostensibly designed to dilute the influence of the PTM as a substrate for ethnic self-determination and the potential for the PTM to loosen the Taliban’s grip on the Pashtuns, both of which might interfere with Pakistan’s plans for Afghanistan, and, indirectly, China’s regional ambitions.

How does ethnic and cultural nationalism translate into strategic options for the United States?

Other than a “presence,” the U.S. has little negotiating leverage in Afghanistan, even for a graceful exit.

There are simple explanations for why the U.S. has not succeeded in Afghanistan after 17 years. Afghanistan is a landlocked country and Pakistan does not share the same aspirations for Afghanistan as the United States. Pakistan has stymied U.S. efforts in Afghanistan by controlling the operational tempo through its support of the Taliban and Haqqani network and by maintaining a stranglehold on the supply of our troops.

Blackmail largely restrains the United States from attacking insurgent safe havens in Pakistan because, by doing so, there is a risk that further destabilization of Pakistan would allow terrorists to obtain nuclear weapons. So the stalemate continues and the Pentagon’s fallback strategy — more counterinsurgency and nation building — remains the status quo.

Changing the geopolitical dynamics of the Afghanistan conflict by exploiting ethnic nationalism could provide both short-term leverage in peace negotiations and long-term strategic influence.

It doesn’t take a strategic genius to conclude that Balochistan is a regional center of gravity.

The China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, the majority of which runs through Balochistan, is the linchpin of China’s Belt and Road Initiative, a collection of infrastructure projects and a transportation route that connects China to the Pakistani ports of Gwadar and Karachi on the Arabian Sea. Without the CPEC, the Belt and Road Initiative — China’s blueprint for global domination — is dead in the water.

You get to the Taliban through Pakistan and you get to Pakistan through China. Ethnic separatism is Pakistan’s pressure point, but it is China that will ultimately feel the pain.

On Day 11: Pulse Nightclub Shooter’s Father Revealed As Former FBI Informant

So where exactly did the money for the money transfer come from? Money was sent to Turkey and Afghanistan. Where was The Treasury Department and FINCEN?

“Salman’s attorneys claim the government failed to disclose information about Omar Mateen’s father, Seddique Mateen”…

“The email went on to say that from January 2005 to June 2016, the FBI was using Mateen’s father as a confidential informant.”

“But following the Pulse attack, FBI agents searched his home and found receipts showing he transferred money to Turkey and Afghanistan in March and June before the Pulse attack.”

“The government said an anonymous tip revealed that Seddique Mateen wanted to raise up to $100,000 to help toward an attack against the government in Pakistan.”

“Defense attorneys said that receiving the information after prosecutors rested their case, is unfair to Salman.”

“That is information that should have been disclosed. It raises a lot of questions about his role in the prior investigations of Omar Mateen himself. The FBI investigated Omar Mateen in 2013 and closed the file,” community activist Ahmed Bedier said.”

“Salman’s attorneys are revisiting statements made by key government witness, polygraph examiner, Ricardo Enriquez.”

“According to Enriquez, Salman told him that Omar Mateen left home with a gun placed in a holster on his hip before the attack.”

“The government then used those comments as evidence.”

“But defense attorneys said the government knew Omar Mateen never left his home with his work gun holstered on his hip because they later found the holster while searching his home after the attack.”

DEAL FOR BOWE BERGDAHL LOOKS WORSE AND WORSE

In 2015, Obama tried to cover Bergdahl in the glory of a war hero, even inviting his parents to the Rose Garden to celebrate the news of his release. The former president maintained he only freed five Taliban leaders to free a soldier who, in the words of his National Security Adviser Susan Rice, served “the United States with honor and distinction.”

But they knew better. They had to have: The Pentagon itself refused to list Bergdahl as a POW. That’s because an internal 2009 Army report found he had a history of walking off his post and more than likely deserted. It also found he shipped his laptop back home to Idaho, and left a note expressing his disillusionment with the war, before ending up in the arms of the Taliban.

Obama had access to this intelligence long before he made his Taliban deal. So why did he trade a known deserter — and likely enemy sympathizer, if not collaborator — for five enemy commanders whom he acknowledged posed a national security risk? Simple: To justify the release from Gitmo of five “forever detainees,” who otherwise would never have been released and would have delayed achieving his promise to antiwar liberals to withdraw from Afghanistan and empty Gitmo.

“Trump is witnessing an unfolding Iranian revolution — time to act” by Ivan Sascha Sheehan and Raymond Tanter

“Trump is witnessing an unfolding Iranian revolution — time to act”

By Ivan Sascha Sheehan and Raymond Tanter

As 2018 begins, several large metropolitan centers in Iran are ablaze with major anti-government demonstrations roaring in the streets.

Protestors are chanting slogans indicative of a revolution: “Death to the dictator,” “Death to (Hassan) Rouhani,” “Don’t be afraid, we are all together,” “Forget about Syria, think about us,” “Not Gaza, nor Lebanon, my life for Iran.”

After multiple days of demonstrations spread to Tehran, President Rouhani said Iranians are “free to protest but must not jeopardize security.”

Around the world many are asking whether the Arab uprisings have given way to a Persian Revolution, while analysts in Washington are wondering whether 2018 will bring regime change to Tehran.

Significance

The National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) and its leading constituent group, the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), have played a key role in organizing the major protests in Iran for decades. Their intricate network inside Iran has been critical to informing the world of Tehran’s malign behavior from nuclear pursuits to terrorism and human rights abuses to proxy violence.

Scholars understand regime change by the people of Iran is within reach but is best achieved by those in the resistance with the organizing capacity, determination, and political wherewithal to achieve it. The White House has all the necessary elements to assist the Iranian people in bringing about the democratic change they seek: capability, credibility, and an organized opposition to facilitate regime change from within.

Neither President Bush nor President Obama backed the Iranian people when they rose up to change the government in Tehran following protests during their respective tenures. President Trump, therefore, has an opportunity to make history.

Trump can and should take decisive action in 2018 to support the ouster of the virulently anti-American theocracy that has ruled Iran with an iron fist and threatened its  neighbors for the past four decades.

On Dec. 31, 2017, Sen. Lindsey Graham appeared on CBS “Face the Nation,” Graham said, “President Trump should embrace the anti-regime protests currently engulfing Iran…”

When asked by host Major Garrett if he had shared these views with the president personally, Graham responded, “I just did.”

The president should follow Graham’s lead and throw American support behind the brave anti-government protesters who have taken to the streets in mass demonstrations across the Islamic Republic since last week. The U.S. State Department announced December 29 that we:

“Strongly condemn the arrest of peaceful protesters. We urge all nations to publicly support the Iranian people and their demands for basic rights and an end to corruption.”

Trump suggests a credible threat to support the Iranian people and their organized resistance is at hand. In his recent tweet on the issue, Trump said Iranians were, “finally getting wise as to how their money and wealth (are) being stolen and squandered on terrorism,” and “the USA is watching very closely for human rights violations!”

The Way Forward

Our scholarship indicates that, as a political gesture, Trump’s formal recognition of the Iranian people’s right to regime change and the legitimacy of the organized resistance could help to further tip the balance in favor of those seeking democratic change in Iran.

Our research also suggests contrary to the rhetoric of Iran’s rulers, the Iranian public is predisposed to democracy, seeks civil and political freedoms, and wants positive relations with Western powers. The Iranian people, therefore, represent an important potential ally for the United States in efforts to improve the stability of the Middle East.

Trump can cite the ongoing demonstrations as evidence that Iranian lives have not improved since the 2015 nuclear agreement that lifted worldwide economic sanctions against Iran in return for actions designed to halt the nation’s development of nuclear weapons. Only Iranian companies linked to the government and the Revolutionary Guard have reaped the rewards of reopened international trade, while the Iranian people face increasingly dire economic circumstances.

Regimes in Egypt, Tunisia, Yemen and Syria learned the hard way that mass demonstrations in the context of discontent are infectious. The demonstrations facing the Iranian regime — already fearful of protest — are an opportunity to use the people’s resentment as leverage to achieve significant political change. As Trump noted in his remarks to the United Nations, the Iranian people are the biggest threat to the regime.

Finally, the expansion of protests constitute a crisis for the regime and an opportunity to use the people’s resentment as leverage against it. The Obama administration squandered valuable opportunities in the past — most notably during the 2009 antigovernment protests in Iran, which were backed up by the NCRI, when Western powers turned a blind eye to the regime’s brutal crackdown.

It is time for this situation to change. If not now, when? The accelerating crisis is an opportunity to change the regime from within. The Iranian people are in the streets to make a revolution happen.

“Iran Protests Should Prompt Update of Trump Policy, Nuclear Deal”

By Raymond Tanter and Ivan Sascha Sheehan

“This time, we will not be silent on Iran”
— Vice President Mike Pence

Vice President Mike Pence’s unwillingness to be silent on the persecution of the Iranian people by Iran’s repressive security forces distinguishes Team Trump from Team Obama and signals a willingness to stand with their freedom-seeking friends in Iran during an hour of perilous danger.

The expansion of protests in Iran constitutes a crisis for the Iranian regime and an opportunity to use the people’s resentment as leverage against it. The Obama administration squandered valuable opportunities in the past — most notably during the 2009 anti-government protests in Iran, which were backed up by the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), when Western powers turned a blind eye to the regime’s brutal crackdowns. Now is time for the Trump administration to break with the past and move in new direction. The accelerating crisis in Iran marks an opportunity to change the Iranian regime from within. The Iranian people are in the streets to make their revolution happen and they need the moral support of the West.

Among the factors distinguishing today’s protests from 2009 is the increasing use of smartphones in Iran. Scholars understand that the devices can be dangerous instruments for revolutionary change, per BBC, which contrasts the 2009 protests with those in 2017-2018.

“In 2009 — when an estimated 2 million to 3 million Iranians protested silently in Tehran — fewer than 1 million Iranians owned such a device, and few outside Tehran. Today, an astonishing 48 million Iranians are thought to have smartphones, all of them equipped with social media and communication apps,” per Karim Sadjadpour of the Carnegie Endowment on Dec. 31.

BBC cites in 2009, when millions of people took to the streets, “there were some 55m mobile subscriptions in Iran.” “Today, there are more than 80m mobile subscriptions and 41 percent of households are estimated to have access to at least one smartphone.”

By expressing strong support for the protestors, President Trump and others in his administration have seized on anti-government protests raging in the streets as vindication of his critique of the Obama administration’s approach to Iran’s Ayatollahs.

Trump sees the Iran protests as an occasion for both a win on the world stage and an opportunity to lay a glove on one of President Barack Obama’s greatest mistakes — the failure to support the demonstrators in 2009, when millions of Iranians flooded the streets to protest the dubious reelection of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. “Unlike during the previous administration, this President is not afraid to call out a brutal regime undermining basic human rights,” said a White House spokesman, Raj Shah. “The Trump administration is contemplating further action to support the Iranian people.”

The protests, security crackdowns, and potential for regime change from within, present an occasion for a new Iran Policy Review (IPT), a reassessment of the National Security Strategy (NSS), and a discussion of whether the president should recertify or withdraw from the Iran Nuclear Deal. We view the IPT, NSS, and the Nuclear Deal as out-of-date and believe that they should modified in light of ongoing protests. The potential for revolution in Iran means all bets are off for the IPT, NSS, and the U.S. must now closely scrutinize the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) with Iran.

Iran Policy Review

The January decision on what to do about Iran arrives as the Trump administration reviews its overall strategy in the region. National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster plans to rollout results of a Syria Policy Review this month. There also needs to be a new Iran Policy Review. In contrast to our finding, a colleague, Mark Dubowitz, CEO of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, commented on Dec. 28, in an article on the Iran nuclear deal without discussing protests in Iran. In his defense, Dubowitz may have made his remarks prior to news of the protests, which began the same day.

National Security Strategy

On Oct. 13, 2017, President Trump announced his Iran National Security Strategy (NSS). Key elements included a focus on the Iranian people: it stated that Iran is under the control of a fanatical regime that seized power in 1979 and forced a proud people to submit to extremist rule.

Furthermore, the U.S. is far from the only target of the Iranian dictatorship’s long campaign of bloodshed. The regime violently suppresses its own citizens; it after all shot unarmed student protestors in the street during 2009 protests resulting from the “reelection” of Ahmadinejad.

Finally, the execution of our strategy begins with the long-overdue step of imposing tough sanctions on Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. The Revolutionary Guard is the Iranian Supreme Leader’s corrupt personal terror force and militia. It has hijacked large portions of Iran’s economy and seized massive religious endowments to fund war and terror abroad, which brings us to the nuclear deal.

Nuclear Deal with Iran

On Jan. 15, President Trump must decide what he wants to do with the Iran nuclear accord. In October, Trump gave Congress and our European partners three months to strengthen provisions in the JCPOA, before deciding whether he would sign a waiver that would continue the freeze on U.S. sanctions.

Dubowitz said on Dec. 28, that the president would keep the nuclear deal separate from his views about the protests. “It’s entirely possible that Trump tells Congress and the Europeans, ‘I gave you 90 days to get your act together and you didn’t — and I’m done.’”

On the other hand, we find that demonstrations are a signal that the tide is turning against the Iranian regime. Likewise, on Jan. 3, Omri Ceren of The Israel Project reports a bipartisan array of U.S. lawmakers is throwing its support behind Iranian protesters marching against the regime, in the most turbulent unrests in the Islamic Republic since 2009.

The president seems inclined to this view when he tweeted, “The people of Iran are finally acting against the brutal and corrupt Iranian regime,” and “the people have little food, big inflation and no human rights. The U.S. is watching!”

The Way Forward

First, our analysis suggests that organizations and states helping Tehran’s repressive apparatus — including those providing censorship technology — should face censure from Washington. Michael Singh, a senior fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, who studies Iran, told The National that protests underscore President Trump’s critique of the Iranian regime, which on Jan. 2, he described as “brutal and corrupt.” Vice President Mike Pence echoed the president’s sentiment in a tweet: “The bold and growing resistance of the Iranian people today gives hope and faith to all who struggle for freedom and against tyranny. We must not, and we will not let them down.”

Second, we find Washington should at least provide moral support to assist peaceful protests, especially ways to help Iranians communicate with one another as the regime restricts the Internet. On Oct. 11, prior to the Oct. 28 beginning of the demonstrations, Rep. Ed Royce, (R-Calif.), said, “As flawed as the deal is, I believe we must now enforce the hell out of it,” Royce said at a committee hearing on Iran, per The Hill.

Our research finds the views of Chairman Royce have been reinforced by the demonstrations, expanding from the rural area into the urban cities, and finally to Tehran. It would be like starting in a “Reddish” U.S. territory that supported Trump, such as its capital, Frankfort, Kentucky, and moving to Louisville, e.g., the Tehran of Iran.

Third, the Iran Policy Review, National Security Strategy, and the Nuclear Deal are out-of-date. They must be reassessed and changed in consideration of the demonstrations, and subsequent violence by security forces against protestors.

Our research finds the potential for revolution in Iran means the regime is on its knees. This is not the time to compromise with Tehran. This is the time to press ahead for regime change from within. Iranian Americans are holding a “Rally to Support the #IranProtests” in front of the White House on Dec. 6 from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm, and our research suggests American supporters should join in support of the Iranian people and their efforts to topple the regime in Tehran.

Iran Nuclear Development Program – Part 1

Nouri Industry and Hemmat Industrial Group*

Just being released ………via Stand Up America US (MG Paul Vallely)

The project to actively pursue production of nuclear warheads is conducted in Khojir by the Hemmat Industrial Group. Khojir is a completely secured and vast region southeast of Tehran, covering an area of 120 square kilometers.

Construction of secret military sites in this location began in 1989 upon Khamenei’s orders. The location primarily works on the manufacturing of ballistic missiles such as the Shahab 3. The project to manufacture nuclear warheads is called Alireza Nouri (Nuri) Industry which is one of the industrial branches of the Hemmat Missile Industrial Group.

Due to extreme sensitivity of manufacturing nuclear warheads, Nouri Industry has its own security and military police; individuals who have clearance to other parts of Khojir site are not allowed to go to this section. According to reliable reports, scores of large underground tunnels have been constructed in this military complex. The availability of several underground tunnels provides the possibility and flexibility of covering up the activities of the warhead project, or transferring it to a different location in the complex.

The warheads are being designed for installation on Shahab 3 missiles. The most advanced version of Shahab 3 has a range of 2,000 kilometers.

Dr. Mehdi Naghian is a key figure in this project. An expert with computers and electronics, he oversees designs for the construction of a nuclear warhead. Dozens of other experts, including experts in the fields of aerodynamics, structure and electronics work with him.

North Korean experts cooperate with the regime’s experts  in this project and have provided significant assistance in the project’s progress. The NK experts have been particularly helpful in designing the aerodynamics aspect and the shape of the warhead. //////////
