Murder By Government

(Reprinted from Canada Free Press)

Ray DiLorenzo

Democide:  The murder of unarmed, helpless, men, women and children by a government, including genocide, politicide, and mass murder.  This does NOT include combatants killed during times of war.

In all of history, the most prolific mass murderers are not the Jeffrey Dahmers, Jack the Rippers or Omar Mateens.  By far, it is government, much more than war.

Prior to the 20th century (30 B.C.-1900 A.D.), murder by government, or democide, accounts for, by the best estimates, a conservative 133 million dead.  That figure includes: China, The Mongols, Persia (Iran), slavery of Africans, (1451 – 1870), colonialism, India, The Ottoman Empire, Japan, Russia, Aztecs, French Revolution, Spanish Inquisition, etc.

During the 20th century alone, according to, government killed approximately 262 million people.  Among the culprits: China, USSR, Germany, Japan, Cambodia, Turkey, Vietnam, Uganda, Guatemala, Poland, Pakistan, Yugoslavia, North Korea, and Mexico (1900 -1920).

The preeminent miscreant nations are the USSR, 1917-1987 (62 million), China, before and after the communist revolution – 1928-1987 (87 million), Germany, 1933-1945 (21 million)…170 million people murdered!  Most of the dead, by the way, as a result of forcing socialism on their respective countries and only AFTER strict gun control laws and massive gun confiscation was undertaken.

Our founding fathers, knowing history, knew what big government was capable of doing.  They purposely designed our system of government with checks and balances.  As President Reagan often said, “Trust, but verify.”  As a by-product of their knowledge and experience, they wrote the 2nd Amendment into the Bill of Rights as a safety net, a last resort, citizen-life-insurance plan, so to speak.

Once and for all, let us understand what the 2nd Amendment is and is not,  It is NOT about hunting.  It is NOT about shooting sports.  The 2nd Amendment is about one thing as a result of two things…self-defense from common criminal activity and self defense from GOVERNMENT as a consequence of being too large, too powerful and/or out of control.

A president that decides to govern by Executive Order while a Legislative Branch lays dormant should be cause for alarm to every American.  When President Obama engages in self-righteous indignation over our right to self-defense, our right to own guns, I cringe.  He is either ignorant or purposely deceitful.

Democide can’t happen here in America?  Burn this into your collective memories…Germany in the early twentieth century was an educated, industrial, Western nation with universities and churches.  The masses were mesmerized by a relatively small group called Nazis.  The rest is history.

What has been cultivated in the United States these last fifty years is a dangerously uneducated, ignorant, history-deficient nation, ready to believe any politician’s ramblings.  When the common man or woman on the street cannot name the three branches of government or even their rights as expressed in the Bill of Rights, we are indeed ripe for losing our freedoms while so many of us are not looking.

If you check websites like, you can check what politician’s promises were translated into action.  Only 12% of our senators scored a “C” or better on liberty issues and only 16% of the House of Representatives scored a “C” or better, and this is AFTER the Republicans promised massive change with control of the Legislative Branch.

When people lose interest in their government, will government lose interest in its people?  When citizens can no longer articulate their rights, will they be willing to defend them?

Gun control is never about saving innocent lives, it is about getting and securing power.  With guns, we are citizens…without them, we are mere subjects.

Yes, war is hell, but government without restraint, murder by government, can be more hellish than any combat or individual mass-murderer.  At least in combat or in a free society, you have a chance of survival.  Never forget!

Power is a zero sum game.  If one gains, another loses. The lesson here is not to be rid of authority, but to have the last word over it…to have limited government as the Constitution intended. Always be suspicious of government’s motivations and intentions.

Obama Gives Muslim Refugees Loans

According to Judicial Watch, the Obama administration is providing ‘loans’ to Muslim refugees to start their own businesses.  One problem that is never addressed by the Obama administration is the re-payment of the loans.  The cash is distributed through a program called the Microenterprise Development Program (MDP) run by the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Refugee Settlement.  The recipients are already receiving financial, housing and healthcare assistance or subsidies from the federal or state governments according to the MDP.  This program has amounted to big financial losses for the American taxpayer, records obtained by Judicial Watch reveal. Editor’s note:  Does anyone doubt that Obama, at the very least, is giving preferential treatment to Muslims?

Gun Store Owner Says they Did Report Killer to FBI

Gun store owner says they reported Orlando shooter weeks before he committed the worst mass murder in U.S. history.  Omar Mateen wanted to buy heavy-duty body armor, which they do not sell.  Sateen then asked to buy bulk ammo.  They declined that as well and reported the incident to the FBI.  Fox News, The Global Dispatch

Editor’s note:  Even though Mateen was investigated previously by the FBI, the report went nowhere.  This report should have flagged a re-opening of his case.  To be fair, the FBI has been pleading for more personnel to investigate all the thousands of suspects they have to follow and evaluate

Long Overdue Questions

After seven and a half years of watching President Obama, should we believe what we are told or believe what we see?

  1.   Why the lackadaisical attitude toward the war on terror?
  2.   Was Osama Bin Laden killed as mere theater?
  3. Why does Obama say ISIL instead of ISIS?  [ISIS means: Islamic State in Iraq and Syria.  ISIL means: the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant.  The Levant includes Cyprus, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Syria and Southern Turkey.  Is Obama sending a signal?]
  4. Why has the Obama administration been targeting secular Muslim rulers?
  5.   Why has Obama been supporting the Muslim Brotherhood?
  6. Why is Obama removing American power and influence in the Mideast?
  7. Why is Obama gutting much of the military?
  8. Is Obama supporting Iran’s quest for nuclear power?
  9. Why will Obama not recognize Islamic extremism?
  10. Why is Obama seemingly continuing to protect Islam?
  11. Has the U.S. switched sides in the war on terror?

Some quotes from Obama:

“Islam has a proud tradition of tolerance.”

“The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam.”

“The sweetest sound I know is the Muslim call to prayer.”

“Islam is not part of the problem in combating violent extremism – it is an important part of promoting peace.”

Media Mislead About Mateen’s Motives June 20, 2016

Editor’s Note: From our friend Roger Aronoff. Editor of Accuracy in Media, and a member of the Citizens’ Commission on Benghazi.

And there is more…

Media Mislead About Mateen’s Motives

by Roger Aronoff on June 20, 2016

The mainstream media are desperate to distract from the facts of the Orlando shootings, choosing instead to blame Republicans and conservatives for the deaths of 49 individuals at a gay bar called Pulse. In reality, the attacks were perpetrated by an American-born Islamic jihadist who pledged allegiance to the Islamic State during the attack, and had in the past “boasted of ties to the terrorist groups Hezbollah and Al Qaeda.”

Instead of discussing the ramifications of terror worldwide and in our midst, the liberal media have reignited their quest for new gun control legislation and have sought to blame this attack on Republicans in general, and presumptive Republican candidate Donald Trump in particular.

Omar Mateen’s “bullets and the blood he left behind that early morning were a reminder that in many corners of the country, gay and transgender people are still regarded as sinners and second-class citizens who should be scorned,” wrote The New York Times editorial board in a scathing piece aimed squarely at Republicans. They write that the “precise motivation for [Mateen’s] rampage remains unclear.”

“So far this year, more than 200 anti-L.G.B.T. bills have been introduced in 34 states,” writes the Times editorial board, focusing on the politics of Trump and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY). “The 49 people killed in Orlando were victims of a terrorist attack. But they also need to be remembered as casualties of a society where hate has deep roots.”

As Bernard Goldberg notes, this editorial is completely ridiculous. “If the killer were Christian the Times would have connected the dots and concluded he was driven by his religion,” he writes. Yet the Times failed to mention Islam or ISIS when discussing an Islam-inspired attack on U.S. soil.

“So, he [Mateen] was a gay Muslim Democrat,” notes Jim Treacher for The Daily Caller. “He hit the trifecta of victimhood.” Mateen belonged to too many minority groups, so many that liberals claim at all costs that he cannot be blamed for his own actions. “That means it has to be the gun’s fault, and the NRA’s fault, and the GOP’s fault, and Christians’ fault, and white people’s fault,” writes Treacher.

The Times editorial is not a reflection of the paper’s denial of jihadist terror. Rather, it is a deliberate attempt to deflect blame from the very ideology that repeatedly spawns this sort of activity, and the Times has to know that.

From Nidal Hasan, to the Boston Bombers, the Underwear bomber, the San Bernardino shooting, and now Orlando, the perpetrators of these attacks have drunk from the same poisonous well of sharia-compliant jihadist ideology demanding death to the infidels. Many warnings were ignored or overlooked in these cases. It doesn’t matter whether these were lone wolf terrorists or ISIS-inspired: all of these attacks were carried out in the name of Islam. Obviously, the overwhelming majority of Muslims would never consider committing such an act, and are opposed to such actions.

But it is ludicrous to claim that these attacks have little or nothing to do with Islam, or come from a bastardization of that faith. After all, Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi has a Ph.D. in Koranic studies from Iraq’s Saddam University for Islamic Studies. These attacks clearly originated from a jihadist interpretation of Islam.

The media should be asking how the Obama administration, once again, has failed to protect Americans from another Islamic attack. According to the Daily Beast, Mateen was placed on two FBI watch lists, but the FBI’s 10-month investigation into his activities was closed after no terror ties or plans were discovered. In fact, Mateen was the subject of three different FBI investigations from 2013 to 2015, and they always came up empty.

Clarice Feldman, writing for American Thinker, pointed out that “Internal operating instructions of the FBI limited the amount of time they could keep watch on him and both the local and federal authorities were paralyzed by fear of being dubbed Islamophobic. So chilling accounts by his fellow workers were discounted as the result of prejudice, and a report by a local gun shop that he’d tried without success to purchase ‘body armor and bulk ammunition from the store’ was ignored.”

Also, the security company, G4S, that Mateen worked for from 2007 until the night of his terrorist rampage, should be called before Congress for its actions regarding how it handled concerns about his fitness for the job as an armed security guard. G4S is a British-based company that has contracts with the U.S. government to guard airports, most of our nuclear facilities, and to transport illegal aliens to sanctuary cities and other locations, once they have crossed over into the U.S.

According to NBC News, FBI Director James Comey said that “colleagues said Mateen claimed to have family connections to terror groups al Qaeda and Hezbollah, and that he hoped law enforcement would raid his home ‘so he could martyr himself.’” Yet as a result, his employer simply moved him to a less sensitive job. They didn’t take away his company-issued service weapon, a .38 handgun, nor did they fire him. In fact, while the company filed a psych evaluation form with the State of Florida to pass Mateen for firearm clearance, the doctor whose name was on the form says he was never evaluated, certainly not by her. The company now claims it was done by a different, unnamed doctor.

President Obama’s lack of passion over the victims was striking when he first discussed the attack. But when he was criticized by Trump, Obama became passionate and angry, and explained why using the term “radical Islam” was nothing but a talking point—which is why he doesn’t use it.

“So there is no magic to the phrase of radical Islam. It is a political talking point. It is not a strategy,” said Obama. “And the reason I am careful about how I describe this threat has nothing to do with political correctness and everything to do with actually defeating extremism.”

However, as National Review’s Andy McCarthy writes, the point of using the term “radical Islam” is not to convince or deter Islamic radicals—it is to understand our own mindset and identify “whether we understand what we are fighting.”

“Sharia supremacists have their own civilization and cultural norms by which they judge themselves,” argues McCarthy. “They couldn’t care less what we think.”

Al-Baghdadi is convincing to Muslims around the globe because he understands the Koran and preaches an ideology derived from the Muslim faith. Yet the Obama administration has worked to cleanse the FBI counter-terrorism analytic lexicon of words such as “Muslim, Islam, Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, and sharia.”

Obama administration officials continue to blindly ignore the ongoing threat of jihadists. “One month after the San Bernardino terrorist attack that left 14 innocent people dead, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson told advisors that right wing extremists pose just as much of a threat to the country as Islamic extremists.”

And just days before the Orlando attack, the Homeland Security Advisory Council cautioned the Department of Homeland Security that it should avoid terms such as “jihad,” “sharia,” and “takfir.”

Political correctness, whether by the media or by administration officials, is not going to protect American citizens from future terrorists. Both the NRA and the ACLU believe further reforms to the terrorist watch list, such as a way to redress inclusion on the list, are still necessary. But the discussion about gun rights—and using the list to prevent potential terrorists from accessing guns—is a distraction from the greater threat of Islamic terror.

Future terrorists will find a way to access guns regardless of the law. The Obama administration is well on its way to issuing green cards to over one million immigrants from majority-Muslim countries before he leaves office. Is anyone confident in the vetting process for all of these people? If the Obama administration and the complicit media continue to deny the real cause of terror, many more Americans will fall victim to terrorists like Omar Mateen.

“Through The Years and The Sound of Silence for a Reason” June 19, 2016

Editor’s Note:

Where are ALL the imams? Why have they not assembled in front of The Lincoln Memorial and proclaimed in unison that Radical Islamic Jihad is wrong and goes against the tenets of The Koran?

Where are our “elite” leaders in Congress? The main stream media? Federal Law Enforcement? Our military “leadership”? They are busy creating conditions to actually increase the risk and advance the infiltration and the agenda.

The information is provided by a common knowledge source: Wikipedia. If it is common knowledge why do our members of Congress with their salaries and benefits and their staff with their salary and benefits all paid for by all of us NOT have this common knowledge?

Note that it states that it is a Dynamic List:

Terror attacks by Islamist extremists to further a perceived Islamic religious or political cause have occurred globally. The attackers have used such tactics [Not just guns!] as arson, vehicle rampage attacks, bomb threats, suicide attacks, bombings, spree shooting, stabbings, hijackings, kidnappings and beheadings.

Not just Muslims, but more specifically Radical Islamic Extremists – an ID Obama and Hillary refuse to acknowledge! Both want to admit more Muslims (Syrians and other African refugees) who cannot be properly vetted and MAY hide within their ranks MORE radical Islamic Terrorists. Plus, their relocation to America will decrease the chances for unemployed Americans to gain jobs and will raise the debt on all America through additional welfare benefits and the crime rate. What could go wrong? Their solution: Take guns away from all citizens.
Today, the Obama CIA Director warned Congress that ISIS is expanding its reach and will use the Syrian immigration to infiltrate America! Duh!

Notice in the listing below – a steady decline in terrorists attacks (2002-2009), when America was viewed as strong, tough and vindictive! Then watch as the attacks increase dramatically (2010-2016) after Obama is elected and the terrorists detect American weakness and ineptitude!

The following is a list of Islamist terrorist attacks that have received significant press coverage since 1980.

Enough Is Enough

Time To Declare War!

America’s Call To Action

“Islamic attacks are now beyond normal police actions.  Congress must declare war and use all necessary military and police resources to destroy the Caliphate at home and abroad.  Enough is enough of political correctness.”

Maj. Gen Paul Vallely, Ret.

Spare us the candle light vigils, the bromide speeches, the phony acts of outrage.  We are at war.  Whether we accept it or not, war is upon us.  No more excuses, no more reaching out, no more TV psychologists in prime time giving their analysis of the latest killer’s mental state.

Millions of Islamists in the world want us DEAD and they are not on the run, they are on the move

A Major Part of the Problem

Liberals have reached their zenith in our nation.  They are morally, spiritually, economically and politically bankrupt.  Their words are hollow.  They have nothing more to say to us.

We will not surrender our freedoms to them.  We will not hand over our nation to them. Under the false promise of safety and economic security, they have gutted our military, nearly bankrupted us and continue to watch helplessly as our people are being murdered wholesale under the guise of political correctness.

Their Marxist cousins will no longer hold sway with our culture or institutions.

With stealth and cunning they have taken over our schools, our universities, our once independent media, our great political parties.

We will decide what is real by what we see, not by what we hear.

We will determine our future by way of our cherished Constitution, not their ever-changing destitute values.

News You Can Use

ISIS Announced Its Intention To Attack Florida

According to, three days before the massacre, ISIS announced its intention to attack the U.S., saying “We will attack Florida.”

What We Know About Omar Mateen:

Omar Mir Seddique Mateen, born 11/16/86 to Afghan parents, lived in Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.  He registered as a Democrat on 7/19/2006, voter ID #114484524.  His race was listed as ‘Other.’

Mateen’s father is Mir Seddique aka Saddique Mateen, a supporter of the Afghan Taliban and a candidate for the presidency of Afghanistan.

Omar Mateen had a Security Officer License #D2723758 and a Statewide Firearms License #G 2704169.  We do not believe this is a concealed firearm permit.  This is a license to open carry only when on duty as a security guard. We do not know if Omar had a concealed carry permit.  Florida concealed carry permits are not public record.

Mr. Mateen traveled to Saudi Arabia on two occasions, in 2011 and 2012, both as an Islamic pilgrimage. The FBI investigated Mateen for 10 months in 2013 because of inflammatory statements that he made to colleagues and claiming “family connections to Al Qaeda.”  The FBI interviewed him twice, spied on his communications and followed him.  The FBI ceased investigations deciding he had no terror connections.

During the shooting, Officers flooded the club while Mateen eventually retreated to a bathroom where he took several club-goers hostage.  Fifteen other people were hiding in an adjacent bathroom.  Negotiations got underway as a SWAT team took position in the adjacent bathroom.  Mateen was described as cool and calm while dealing with negotiators.  Three hours later the scene had stabilized as police spoke to Mateen.  When Omar began mentioning bombs and explosives, the police made their move.  After an explosive device by police proved ineffective, the police rammed the wall with an armored vehicle.  Hostages began pouring out with Mateen following. Mateen was shot dead by 11 cops.

Just In – ISIS Strikes Paris Again

Last night, an Islamic extremist wielding a knife, shouting Allah Akbar, butchered a police chief and his wife.    The chief was stabbed nine times at his front door.  After stabbing the policeman, the assailant forced his way into the home. Luckily, the couple’s three year old boy was spared after police stormed the house and shot and killed the assailant.  It has been reported that the terrorist was planning many more killings on that same night.  ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attack.  The murders took place in the Paris suburb of Magnanville.   Allen B. West, Top Right News

Editor’s note:  So far, nobody is blaming the knife.

Orlando Massacre –

Obama, Once Again, Blames It On the Guns

Again and again, Obama refuses to blame Islamic terrorism for another Islamic mass murder in America and instead blames guns.   Fox News

Editor’s note:  Obama makes a habit of speaking without knowing what he is taking about.  Never mind the terrorist had a license to open carry weapons throughout the state of Florida.   Never mind the killer was yelling Allah Akbar (Allah is greater) during the horrific incident.  Never mind the FBI interviewed him several times. Instead, Obama used the Orlando murders to score cheap political points.  Nothing less than an outrage.   Obama’s buzzwords, as usual, ring hollow.

Hillary Clinton Received Secret Memo Stating Obama Admin ‘Support’ for ISIS

14 Jun 2016

WASHINGTON, DC — Hillary Clinton received a classified intelligence report stating that the Obama administration was actively supporting Al Qaeda in Iraq, the terrorist group that became the Islamic State.

The memo made clear that Al Qaeda in Iraq was speaking through Muhammad Al Adnani, who is now the senior spokesman for the Islamic State, also known as ISIS. Western and Gulf states were supporting the terrorist group to try to overthrow Syrian dictator Bashar al Assad, who was being propped up by the Russians, Iranians, and Chinese.

In August 2012, a “SECRET” classified memo (OPS Note:  also at in case the link didn’t work) )was sent to various top Obama administration officials and agencies, including to the State Department and to Clinton’s office personally.

“The document is an IAR, an intelligence information report,” said Christopher J. Farrell, who serves on the board of directors of Judicial Watch, which obtained the document. “It is produced by somebody within the Defense intelligence agency (DIA). It is reporting from the field by an intelligence agent” who could be a U.S. government agent, a defense attaché, or a source.

“It’s a report from the field back to headquarters with some intelligence that somebody is willing to bet their career on,” Farrell said.

Farrell confirmed that the report was sent to Clinton’s office, based on the recipient marking “RUEHC/SECSTATE WASHINGTON DC.”

The report identifies Al Qaeda in Iraq (AQI) as being one of the principal elements of the Syrian opposition, which the West was choosing to “support.”

The intelligence report contains an extensive backgrounder on AQI and its methods and capabilities, noting that AQI was speaking through the spokesman of the Islamic State of Iraq Muhammad Al Adnani.

Al Adnani is now the chief spokesman for the current version of the Islamic State, also known as ISIS.

According to the report:

The intelligence report also predicts the rise of a broad “Islamic State” forming from segments of Al Adnani’s group:

Al Adnani was named by the State Department as a “Specially Designated Global Terrorist” in 2014.

The Clinton campaign did not immediately return a request for comment on this report.
