The “Uber-Presidency” – Time for a ‘Vote of No Confidence’, Time for a ‘Recall’

Clearly America has lost confidence and no longer trusts those in power at a most critical time in our history. It is true that not all who ply the halls of power fit under that broad brush, but most of them are guilty of many egregious acts and we say it is time to hold a vote of no confidence, it’s time for a ‘recall’.

We are only surviving now, not thriving, and it is clear that the country is demanding new leadership; not the ones the media and the entrenched political machines force upon us.

America is seeking proven leaders, those who are experienced, trustworthy, and loyal; people like our retired military officers. These are the only ones unsullied by political debt or tainted by monied obligations. At this crucial moment, these are the only people who can do the job.

It is time to recall the reprobates and reclaim the power of the people. We need to start with the White House and all of Obama’s appointees, especially Eric Holder.

Then on to Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi – the architects who shoved ObamaCare down our throats. We also cannot forget John Boehner and company who openly castigate the Tea Party caucus which are only doing that which they campaigned upon.

Power likes to stay in power; we need to remove that power. The party in power under Obama has synchronized itself to one party rule, no other voice is permitted. It has also synchronized to a ‘single payer system.’

It is also time we reminded the Republican establishment that if not for the Tea Party, Nancy Pelosi would still be wielding the gavel in the House and Obama would be unrestrained beyond our wildest fears.

It has been just over one year since Obama was re-elected; do you think he would win if he had to face another election today with what we know now? Of course not! In less than a few months it is all unraveling and America has lost confidence in him.

Many who once supported him are now running for the hills. We were defrauded, America, and people are finally noticing and understanding what we have been telling you for five years.

Promise after promise, fraud after fraud, lie after lie, deception after deception, and then there are all those hidden items and the complete joke about being the most transparent administration ever. Even photographic journalists are now mad at how little access they get. Then there is the complete lack of accountability and stark ineptitude, home and abroad.

Let’s look at some of these examples

(This is obviously not all of the examples, but certainly it is a good sampling of the more outrageous ones. Some items were shortened for space.)

  • His commitment to slash earmarks. (He didn’t.)
  • To be the most transparent presidency in history. (It’s not.)
  • To put an end to “phony accounting.” (It started almost on day one and continues.)
  • And to restore trust in government. (Trust in government is at near-historic lows.)
  • His pledge to seek public financing in the general election. (He didn’t.)
  • To treat super-PACs as a “threat to democracy.” (He embraced them.)
  • His pledge to keep unemployment from rising above 8 percent. (It remained above 8 percent for the longest stretch since the Great Depression.)
  • To create five million new energy jobs alone. (The total number of jobs created in Obama’s first term was roughly one-tenth that figure.)
  • To identify all those “shovel-ready” jobs. (Mr. Obama later chuckled that his much-hyped “shovel-ready projects” were “not as shovel-ready as we expected.”)
  • To lift two million Americans from poverty. (A record 46 million Americans are living in poverty during the Obama era.)
  • His promise to bring down health care premiums by $2,500 for the typical family (they went up) … allow Americans to keep the health care coverage they currently have (many can’t) … refuse to fund abortion via the Affordable Care Act (it did) … to respect religious liberties (he has violated them) … and the insistence that a mandate to buy insurance, enforced by financial penalties, was not a tax (it is).
  • Obama’s pledge to stop the rise of the oceans. (It hasn’t.)
  • To “remake the world” and to “heal the planet.” (Hardly.)
  • To usher in a “new beginning” based on “mutual respect” with the Arab and Islamic world and “help answer the call for a new dawn in the Middle East.” (Come again?)
  • To punish Syria if it crossed the “red line” of using chemical weapons. (The “red line” was crossed earlier this year–and nothing of consequence happened.)
  • That as president “I don’t bluff.” (See the previous sentence on Syria.)
  • gty_eric_holder_obama_thg_120620_wgAnd of course the much-ballyhooed Russian reset. (Tensions between Russia and the United States are increasing and examples of Russia undermining U.S. interests are multiplying.)
  • And let’s not forget Mr. Obama’s promise to bring us together. (He is the most polarizing president in the history of Gallup polling.)
  • Or his assurance to us that he would put an end to the type of politics that “breeds division and conflict and cynicism.” (All three have increased during the Obama presidency.)
  • And his counsel to us to “resist the temptation to fall back on the same partisanship and pettiness and immaturity that has poisoned our politics for so long.” (Remind me again whose campaign allies accused Mitt Romney of being responsible for the cancer death of a steelworker’s wife.)

In his latest treatise on these subjects, Impeachment Lessons, Andy C. McCarthy tells us:

“Just as there is no mystery in Obama’s disregard for the Constitution, there is no secret about the Constitution’s answer to executive imperialism.

The Framers recognized that presidential abuse of power carried the greatest potential to wreck the republic.

Adamant that the presidency they were creating must not become a monarchy, they carried on debates over the Constitution that were consumed with precluding this very real possibility.

In the end, the Framers armed Congress with two responsive weapons: the power of the purse and the power of impeachment.

As we have seen through the years, the power of the purse is not a practical check on Obama. In the main, this is because the Framers, notwithstanding their prescient alarm over the problem of factions, did not anticipate the modern Left.”

While Democrats quite intentionally defy the Framers’ design, Republicans frustrate it by aggressive passivity. The Constitution divides power by subject matter, not percentage of governmental control.

Nevertheless, Republicans incessantly tell supporters that, since they control only the House (just one-half of one-third of the government,” as the tired refrain goes), they are impotent to rein in Obama’s excesses.

Republican leadership turns on those conservatives with a ferocity rarely evident in their dealings with the president.

Two things, however, are certain. Absent the political will to remove the president, he will remain president no matter how many high crimes and misdemeanors he stacks up.

…and absent the removal of the president, the United States will be fundamentally transformed. (Read the whole column here.)

This “ferocity” was never more revealing than in a statement John Boehner made yesterday (excerpt from Fox News):

Ahead of the vote, Boehner sparred with the right flank of his party over the bill, produced out of weeks-long bipartisan negotiations. He specifically criticized conservative advocacy groups trying to pressure the rank-and-file to block the budget.

quotes-about-motivational_16828-1“Frankly, I think they’re misleading their followers,”… “I think they’re pushing our members into places where they don’t want to be. And frankly, I just think that they’ve lost all credibility.”

To which Matt Kibbe at Freedom Works responded:

“Speaker Boehner may not care about what fiscally conservative groups do, but grassroots Americans still care about what he’s doing in Washington…

When it comes to ‘credibility,’ actions speak louder than words. And right now, it looks like the Speaker is leading the charge for spending increases and recruiting Democrat votes in the House to help get it done.”

Time for a vote of “NO CONFIDENCE,” time to “RECALL” such faux leadership

A prominent Washington, D.C. insider with whom Stand Up America is coordinating — and who prefers to remain under the radar for the moment while conferring with potential House co-sponsors on both the basic rationale and the detailed content of such a House Resolution of NO CONFIDENCE — offers the following justification for this novel course of action:

First, in most of the world’s so-called “democracies” – actually, multi-party constitutional republics – a formal vote of “No Confidence” by the Lower House suspends or greatly limits the governing authority of the Party in power and, in a “Recall” of sorts, mandates new elections within 30-60 days.

Although we have no such instrument in our Constitution or in existing law, there is nothing to prevent its use as a comprehensive de facto indictment and conviction for Contempt of Congress, violations of Oath of Office and of the Constitution itself – for all of the reasons stated in such a Resolution.

Second, while most of the “High Crimes and Misdemeanors” cited in pending Resolutions of Impeachment (and perhaps in new resolutions seeking Judicial Relief) would also be included in this Resolution, many lesser and largely “non-impeachable” reasons for disappointment, doubt, distress, distrust and detestation would be entirely appropriate – and would not require the high levels of legal proofs for a formal Impeachment by the House or for a formal Trial and Conviction by the Senate.wpid-UFPnews-tea-party-patriot-american-conservative-freedom-liberty-research-revolution-speech-universal-free-press-people-Obamacare-1

In effect, it would be much easier to cosponsor, to report to the House, to be formally adopted by the House and to achieve what might be called Obama’s “Conviction without Eviction” – in which wholesale repudiation by the House, loss of control of the Senate and a substantial diminution of power and influence during his remaining time in office would be the penalties.

Third, the “no confidence” targets of the Resolution will be so numerous as to require a dozen or more categories – within each of which several particular offenses will be briefly described and become what lawyers call the “Bill of Particulars” – which might number an incredible 60-75 items in all.

The credibility of our current leadership is gone, and now we listen to their excuses, finger-pointing, lies, and all manner of chicanery. We know there is no ‘legal standing’ in a vote of “No Confidence” that would come of this act, but at least one thing will certainly occur; we take back the power of discourse.

We strangle those in power with our words loudly drowning out the tortured logic of their rhetoric and seize the day now. This includes the media.

What else is our nation to do now that the ‘rule-of-law’ has effectively been thrown out the window by the Obama Administration?

How are we to trust our government anymore, now that lying and fraud are acceptable practices?

What are we to do now that Senator Harry Reid, D-NV, has abolished the filibuster through the use of the ‘nuclear option’, effectively allowing yet another power grab by the executive branch?

These are but a few points to ponder as our nation races headlong into tyrannical centralized rule if we do not act now.

disciplinary procedure guide-resized-600Our nation is being kidnapped and we effectively have only a few ways to stop it. But these ways have many road blocks, and they take way too long to affect change. The founders never envisioned career politicians running any government, let alone a complicit media openly favoring one ideology.

They also did not anticipate technological advancements that created a 24-hour news cycle and such ease of communication. Therefore they did not give the people enough ‘teeth’ in the Constitution. This effectively allows groups to monopolize the discourse and apply tactics to further weaken the people.

The current administration and the Democrat Party know this and manipulate the system to prevent the people from gaining recourse for grievances. Republicans, although less nefarious by orders of magnitude, engage in some of these tactics, but they do not have the will to fight, especially against such entrenched enemies of the state.

This prevents the people from ultimately recouping their power so eroded these past 100 years, and specifically these past five despite the success of 2010 that gave the House back to Republican control.

Though the actual voting booth is less than a year away, does anyone have any confidence that this time, their vote will actually matter? Even if the Republicans retake the Senate, Obama is still the President, and his cabinet and appointees still remain in power.

A veto proof majority is very likely not in the cards as well, so who knows what the Republicans would be able to do, let alone ridding America of the destruction the ObamaCare has wrought upon us. Obama vowed that it would never be overturned while he remains in the Oval Office.

Obama will just continue to subvert the Constitution he took an oath to faithfully protect. His track record shows us that no matter what the make-up of Congress is, he will twist his way around it with a pen and secure even more power reminiscent of a dictator.

Where that does not work, he will manipulate the courts and law enforcement will be run by fiat, choosing winners and losers.

He will also further escalate the placement of his ideological kin into permanent positions within government, each able then to permanently run their operations ideologically as has been done in the IRS, DHS, DOJ, and more.

There are ways to rid America of these types but short of the vote we speak of, would they work?

Lie of the YearOn Tuesday, December 3rd, the House Judiciary Committee held a hearing on the president’s duty to uphold the law. Why? Well the committee’s chairman, Bob Goodlatte, R-VA, said:

“President Obama has blatantly disregarded the Constitution’s mandate to faithfully execute the laws…

He has changed key provisions in Obamacare without congressional approval, failed to enforce our immigration and drug laws, and ignored his constitutional duties for the sake of politics.”

In that hearing, four witnesses testified and one in particular has spurred much talk of the word that shall not be spoken, the “I-word,” or impeachment. He was none other than Georgetown Law Professor, Nicholas Rosenkranz. He said:

“The ultimate check on presidential lawlessness is elections and, in extreme cases, impeachment.”

In his well crafted piece in the National Review Online, Jonathan Strong added the following:

George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley, a frequent guest of Keith Olbermann and Rachel Maddow during the Bush years, described the situation in severe terms.

“I really have great trepidation over where we are headed,” Turley said. “We are creating a new system here…The center of gravity is shifting, and that makes it unstable.

Within that system you have a rise of an uber-presidency. There could be no greater danger for individual liberty. And I really think that the Framers would be horrified by that shift.”

The situation, Turley later said, is the “most serious constitutional crisis, I believe, in my lifetime.”Jonathan-Turley

Impeachment however is not an option. Why, because Harry Reid still controls the Senate, so like in Clinton’s days, forget about a finding of guilt. Incidentally, if Obama was found guilty and removed from office, Joe Biden would step in, Valerie Jarrett still wields all the power, and likely we get more of the same. What else is available?

Some call for a set of Constitutional amendments, a process that can take place without Congress as the Cato Institute’s Michael Cannon tells us:

“There is a procedure in the Constitution that allows the people to amend the Constitution without going through Congress. That is another method where the people can try to restrain the executive.”

Once again however, what confidence can we have in securing that device for use to correct Obama’s misdeeds and lies? Besides, it would take a very long time; a luxury we just do not have if we are going to save our Republic.

That brings us to the other word no one wants to utter, revolution. In our opinion, this is the least palatable option.

This is an option we abhor and do not support in the least. Others talk about the military taking over as we saw in Egypt; again, we do not support this route. So what do we do? We conduct a national “Vote of No Confidence.”

Like the parliamentary procedure that Great Britain uses, a vote of no confidence means a new election must take place there.

The Prime Minister is powerless after such a vote, and though our vote would not have that full effect, it would at least tell those who live behind the “Iron Curtain” that is the DC Beltway that ‘we are not pleased,’ as the Queen would say.

It would also tell the world that we recognize the mess this administration has wrought upon the world and we do not support his actions. Despite what supporters of Obama say about our standing in the world, the world is laughing at us. We are not pleased!

      The situation in the Middle East is complex as it has always been. Let me simplify if for you. Agreements between the US and Saudi Arabia to guarantee them military protection in exchange for their support of the Petro-Dollar system is non-negotiable. Without their maintenance of the Petro-Dollar, the US dollar as world reserve currency does not exist and the Dollar collapses along with the US economy if not the economies of the entire Western world with it. What is so hard to understand. This cannot be allowed to happen under any circumstances no matter how otherwise complex. If it requires replacing the present administration with one with guts, so be it regardless of the means required to do it. (that was a period)

        Fix the Middle East – It’s easy
        The situation in the Middle East is easily and, like most good solutions, simply fixed. Since the only reason we are concerned with the Middle East is “OIL” we need to just eliminate it.

        Easy Enough!

        The United States is inundated with cheap and plentiful oil and gas deposits. We have already become fuel neutral (we export as much as we import), but we need to do more. We need a massive effort to find and exploit ALL Oil and gas within the boundaries of the United States. Most of that is on Federal Land now. We need to extend the government hand of friendship to all energy companies and access all oil and gas in this country immediately.

        After that, we need to fund a massive effort to develop and deploy “fusion” powered reactors. This technology is already near implementation. We need only give it the final push and endless very cheap energy will be available to the world for thousands of years.

    It is high time that the ineligibility of Obama to serve as President is yelled from the roof tops. Why are there so many forgeries necessary in his background. The Long Form Certificate of Live Birth, placed on the White House at Obama’s direction, is an utter forgery. The Selective Service Registration is a ridiculous forgery and his Social Security number does not pass E-Verify, prima facie evidence of a stolen identity!

    Congress needs to address this issue NOW!!

      You are absolutely right.There’s enough evidence in his fraudulent records at the present time,to put him away for life.You are also right congress needs to put this issue on the front burner as quickly as possible,and get the answers NOW.
      The thing is, they are the main reason he could even become a candidate to start with,much less become the President.It was their job to make sure he was without a shadow of a doubt,eligible and qualified to run before any vote had been cast.
      Congress knows that.They know the Usurper that’s holed up in the White House, got their approval,when they never vetted him.That said,don’t look for help from them.They aren’t about to admit to America that the illegal usurper is their doing,when their political future is at stake should they do so.
      They might even stoop to changing the constitution so Obama can get another term or two,if that’s what it takes to keep the cover-up from surfacing and harming their political career.

    I agree, there is no time to waste. They are way ahead of us. I like the Convention of States and I think that should move forward but as stated above that will take time and we need an immediate fix to slow down what they are doing and buy us time to replace them. We need strong, decisive,organized leadership. There are too many patriotic factions trying to help but do not have the knowledge on how to pull everyone together. How is this vote taken? Do you have a plan? What do people do to help with this? God Bless you and may God bless America once again.

    I agree that we have to action and I think this is a plausible idea. However I do think that Obama would simply ignore it like he does everything else. Can we do a military coup? He is a war criminal and has been convicted in the World Court, can we have him and his administration arrested on for that? One of my deepest concerns is what he will do to cause a distraction or a red flag to divert our attention. He can collapse our economy, he can use drones on us to terrorize us, he can call a martial law any time he pleases, etc. We must act fast before he continues to destroy our nation. Through Executive Orders he has given himself a lot of power and he will use it against us.

    Sheriff Arpaio (from AZ) has a team working on a criminal case and they have recently uncovered some evidence that they say is “earth shattering evidence”. Of course it will take time to complete their investigation. That seems to be one of our best bets to remove them all from office. There is no doubt that Obama was never eligible to be President in the first place and has a forged birth certificate and selective service card. He has also used a social security card number that doesn’t belong to him too.

    Jim Garrow has some claims that Obama is giving the military leaders a litmus test, questioning as to whether they would confiscate guns from American’s and if we refuse to hand them over would they shoot us. He claims to be ex-CIA and that the CIA knows the total background of Obama.

    Today, I saw in the news where a bill was introduced in Congress to remove the death penalty for treason among many other federal charges. He has already waived the ban on aiding and abetting the enemy. He is a very dangerous man and I think we have to take some action that will remove him and his administration from office.

    Obama’s brother Malik is now on the terrorist watch list in Egypt and he and Obama are heavily involved in the Muslim Brotherhood. Malik Obama is the international financial director for the Muslim Brotherhood. Egypt has filed charges again Barack Obama, Ambassador Patterson and Hillary Clinton for War Crimes among which is aiding and abetting the enemies. They have documentation and recorded phone conversations that tied Barack Obama directly to the Muslim Brotherhood. I believe his loyalty lies with the Muslim Brotherhood.

    We are in very dangerous times and time is of the essence. I will follow your lead, General Vallely, but we need a good back up plan in my opinion. How exactly do we do a vote of no confidence?

    I agree with others who have said “A No Confidence” message is useless. It is rhetoric only. In some ways, similar to the lip service of Mr. Obama. We need an actionable plan to clear out those in government who do not have the best interests of the United States of America and her citizens as their reason for being in office. And we need a plan to restore the operation of this country to a form in harmony with the founders intentions. It took a revolution to gain our freedom back then; it will take something similar to regain it. (Iceland recently had their “Pots & Pans” Revolution and were successful.) Let’s begin this type of organization & direction of energy.

    I am nearly speechless. A ‘vote of no confidence?’ A non binding, isn’t in the Constitution vote by the same people that are being ignored and trampled now, will be ignored and trampled. That is the best that the best came up with? Well then……………………I have no confidence this will accomplish anything. This is me, shaking my head and saying “what…. ………..?

  12. Put me on the list for a no confidence vote. This needs to be started immediately as our country faces the perril of dictatorship. There is now way our freedoms will stay intact with this tyrannical administration.

This appears to be a spit wad thrown at a cannon.
    Obama is very quickly dismantling our nation. People are dying, both military and civilian and even the structures in place to protect this nation are being purged, dismantled and destroyed. You repudiate the solution of revolution, overthrow and replacement of our government which is Constitutional, for a solution with no lawful consequence that is not Constitutional.’Facepalm’ StandupAmerica had such promise.What happened?

    This “No Confidence Vote” whats it suppose to do,shame them into resigning.Those hoodlums have no shame.They will laugh you right out of Washington.They have the so called law on their side.They have the federal Judges,the courts and the Supreme Court on their side.

    They have the voting booths and the vote counters on their side.They have the active duty service men and women on their side.At least the military must carry out their commands…And if push comes to shove,Obama’s got an Executive Order waiting in the wings to cover anything that might arise.

    I’m afraid we have waited so long now that a peaceful resolution is out of the question.We have an illegal alien idiot for pres,that’s like a bull in a china shop,breaks everything he touches,,and America voted the rascal in twice,or at least the vote count said they did.

    Dear Gen Vallely thank you and others for service to our country. I have read comments to mine here. Impeachment is being ignored. What comes to me is like the orginal tea party we must do something not violent to get Washingtons attention esp the Senate. I think we must have a recall on the Senate. Recall because they are not doing their Constitutional Oath to protect and defend it from enemies within. I am from Oklahoma and our Senators are fighting this stuff without alot of help. We must unite the people in these democratic and rino controlled states to recall them now time is running out. I do not know how to unite but I pray that our Lord Jesus will help us. At the same moment the angel upon whose head still shone the word Union, and who bore our national flag in one hand and a sword in the other, descended from the heavens attended by legions of white spirits. These immediately joined the inhabitants of America, who I perceived were will nigh overcome, but who immediately taking courage again, closed up their broken ranks and renewed the battle.

    Again, amid the fearful noise of the conflict, I heard the mysterious voice saying, “Son of the Republic, look and learn.” As the voice ceased, the shadowy angel for the last time dipped water from the ocean and sprinkled it upon America. Instantly the dark cloud rolled back, together with the armies it had brought, leaving the inhabitants of the land victorious!

    Then once more I beheld the villages, towns and cities springing up where I had seen them before, while the bright angel, planting the azure standard he had brought in the midst of them, cried with a loud voice: “While the stars remain, and the heavens send down dew upon the earth, so long shall the Union last.” And taking from his brow the crown on which blazoned the word “Union,” he placed it upon the Standard while the people, kneeling down, said, “Amen.”

    The scene instantly began to fade and dissolve, and I at last saw nothing but the rising, curling vapor I at first beheld. This also disappearing, I found myself once more gazing upon the mysterious visitor, who, in the same voice I had heard before, said, “Son of the Republic, what you have seen is thus interpreted: Three great perils will come upon the Republic. The most fearful is the third, but in this greatest conflict the whole world united shall not prevail against her. Let every child of the Republic learn to live for his God, his land and the Union.” With these words the vision vanished, and I started from my seat and felt that I had seen a vision wherein had been shown to me the birth, progress, and destiny of the United States.

      Very interesting. The key of course, is the line “Let every child of the Republic learn to live for his God, his land and the Union.” We are now in a condition where half of the people are takers who seem to have no concern for anything but themselves, while only a small part of the other half understand the many threats before us. I pray that America will “look and learn” so we all return to God on our knees. If we do that, I believe the words of the Angel will hold true. If we do not, well, I must conclude we are in for the same type of lessons the ancient Israelites were given when they turned their backs on God.

    I am so very disappointed in this “Vote of No Confidence” idea. Come on, look at all the illegal acts this administration has/is committing and their open support of terrorists and the fact that we know he is holding office illegally and we are going to get him with a “Vote of No Confidence”??????????????? The comments to this article, however, make my hair stand on end. Most of the commenters, and a lot of the nation, get that we are indeed in a very dire situation and that it demands dire action. I am afraid “A Vote of No Confidence” is a total waste of time and will amount to nothing. I am sadly disappointed that the top military brass that have been dismissed by the Obama administration are not taking a leadership role in this country to do what needs to be done. Like others have said, time is running out. The very core of our country is seriously at stake……………..General Vallely and StandupAmerica have a voice and the platform. They need to be shouting this information to the American people at the top of their lungs so there is NO mistake as to what is going on and what is at stake. Unless they are engaged in more than this “No Vote Of Confidence” I’m afraid they are just another one of the many organizations paying lip service to the situation we are in, but are not serious about doing anything about it. It is so entirely sad to me to sit and watch our country slipping away at an alarming pace and nobody is doing anything to stop it.

    This was a great article , it covered what it needed to and was easy to read. It couldn’t have covered everything this president and his administration has done because it would have no longer been an article but would’ve been a book. I like the idea and like you said at least we would be telling the world that every American had not lost their mind , just some . I really wish we had the Media we could depend on to get the word out , but y’all know as well as I do we can’t depend on them . So we need to tell everyone about this and about this site and increase the numbers so others will know that someone is trying to fix things !

    Great article, although I have been saying this, the Israeli government would have voted an vote of “No Confidence” and between 30-60 have new elections…he and his whole regime would be null an void all of them would be gone no worry of being left with Biden or Boehner…we could learn a lot from the Israeli’s…the vote of no confidence and recall only has a symbolic relevance with no teeth to stop this regimes forward progress…We need to to more…Some states are stepping up to the plate maybe 3/4 of the states can do something…

    Thank you MjG Valley for a well reasoned and coherent position paper and especially for your willingness to Lead. I am not clear however, about just what a declaration of No Confidence stated by a few million people descending on Washington will do that the 10′s of millions on the internet blogs have not already done. Apparently to no real effect.
    In the end, they can ignore us until we get hungry and go home or more probably encourage us further since the government controls the guns. Unless of course the military is persuaded to turn their guns around and face the other way. History has shown all to often that such actions speak louder than words whether they ultimately prevail or not.

    So, ummm, why can’t we do this at the STATE level in the 2014 Election Cycle? There are MORE “red states” than blue states right now and the time is RIGHT for it. Why can’t we get a Presidential NO CONFIDENCE vote on our STATE Ballots? We would have to get started NOW if we want to get it done don’t you think?

    Any suggestions? I know the “old guard” of the GOP will NOT help so it will be left up to the TEA Party to get this done in each state where we can get it on the ballot. This would come directly from THE PEOPLE, NOT our “elected” representatives who have SOLD US DOWN THE RIVER!

    I would appreciate a response to this post via my email if you can give me some TIPS on how to get this started in my state. I will GLADLY use Social Media to pass it along if you think this option is plausible.

      Barb,
      if you followed the 2012 election, it should have been apparent that there was rampant voter fraud. Two key examples were in FL and OH (where I live) where many counties had more votes than voters. In other counties, Ovomit won 100% of all votes cast which is virtually impossible. Here in OH, the commies shuttled Somalis to the polls by the busloads, with printed cards telling them how to vote. You can be sure that nearly 100% of them were not even citizens. Of course how many illegal aliens voted due to the congress’ unwillingness to insist on voter ID’s?

      Sadly, based on the facts, there is ample evidence to conclude that voting is no longer relevant due to fraud in voting and fraud in counting votes. No, we need to find another way than to rely on voting. Again, look at what the gop has done in 5 years to combat Ovomit’s crimes. The word is NOTHING! They are worse than cowards, they are complicit for they all knew that Ovomit was not eligible when he ran in ’08 but not a single one said a word then. When people raised the issue, they insulted us, called us birthers, and attacked anyone who tried to press the issue.

      They all need to go to prison, including judges who violate the Constitution. Personally, I believe that Ovomit has committed treason and should be executed. Congress has committed Misprision of Treason and should be punished accordingly, down to the last one.

      Look what Jefferson did. When he saw the federal judges ignoring law, he fired half of them at one time. The other half were fearful for their jobs and got back in line. We need to follow his example and punish the criminals in DC, after convictions of course, though that is a problem due to corrupt judges. Still, that is the type of action we need if we are going to put fear into the hearts and minds of our elected serpents.

      With the 2014 midterms well on their way, call in to the incumbent’s office and state:
      “I am notifying you (the office holder) of a vote of no confidence in your tenure as well as the tenure of the Office holder of the President”
      This means that you do not stand a chance of re-election.
      You are being replaced.
      May God have mercy on your soul, because the American public doesn’t believe you any more”

      That ought to rattle their cages. Course, that is an empty threat unless we get our collective ducks in a row and show we mean business.

    Emotion must first run its course before solid tactics may be employed. I respect the General’s strategy, but upon reflection it may only be effectual as part and parcel of a deeper plan. We may only guess at the ramifications of a “no confidence” vote, but I think most agree that it would be representative at best and most likely completely mocked or ignored. Marketing campaigns are only lucrative when you have free publicity from an honest media, in this case we have neither.

    Where is the conservative, “million man march”, filing respectfully down Constitution Avenue keeping time to the beat of our American Heart? Where is our day of civil peace demonstration, or are only the liberals capable of mustering such commitment, passion and coverage? Where is the outrage of a thousand unified voices standing watch in front of the Capital, armed with reason, righteousness, speeches and signage. Where are the youth who have been bamboozled into purchasing pipe dreams of folly and false change? We can sit and talk for only so long before the movers and shakers forget why they came and exit quietly. The General is being justifiably cautious about throwing around words like revolution, rebellion and coup, those challenges are best left for desperate men. We have not yet taken a peaceful stand for freedom, why then would we proceed to declarations that steal from a valid argument. Our Constitution is under assault and the simple fact is that we must defend it.

    Some ideas; fund the ACLJ to hold a peaceful reading of the Constitution on the Mall, Invite one hundred thousand retired military to respectfully lobby their congressmen on a day when they really don’t wish to be bothered, organize large scale turn outs for local congressional town hall meetings, Canvass voting precincts in greater numbers than either party asking them to vote out all incumbents, Take action on the local or state level to block the enactment of Federal legislation. Speak clearly to students about the need for intervention so that they are enlightened to their historic responsibility. There are many ideas short of revolution that may grasp back the reins of this republic from tyrants intention. The Lord did not give us the spirit of fear but of love, power and a sound mind. Let us stop being frustrated by the wickedness of lesser men and get off our butts and raise our voices so that righteousness might be remembered.

    Surely there are greater thinkers than me, willing to develop solid action plans and arouse the Peoples’ Passion? The soap boxes are empty, the pathways clear of any obstacle for those who would bring harm to this Republic for it is incumbent on unwilling men, men of peace to stand up and say clearly, “enough”. This time in history will create the leaders. It only requires two men to start a movement, one to lead and the other to follow. Be blessed, be brave and embrace the call to victory.

I know that as a Marine I served that nation in defense of your right to say whatever it is that you believe. I know that referring to those with whom you disagree in the pejorative is a tactic best left to our present administration and the Nazi’s. I will respect and defend your right to an opinion, whether it makes any sense is something I will leave up to other observers.

        I know that we stood for something different in this country and that something different made us a nation capable of determining right from wrong and gave us the courage to stand up against the grasping hands of monarchy, despotism and tyranny. I know that we trusted the mantle of this nation to men and women that we elected to serve the egalitarian interests of a society dedicated to doing the right thing, but our leaders have somehow lost their way. I know that we must help them find it once again or replace them with those wishing to serve the principles upon which this nation was founded.

        I know that to call their behavior wrong means that we must first define “wrong”. Wrong for many of us, is what God says is wrong. I know that as a nation, we have conveniently forgotten what God had to say about those things that are right and true. Can we defend what our representatives, our President, Lobbyists and those in a positions of authority have done? Absolutely not. Can we now claim that we do not share some blame for disregarding warnings from God’s Word and those penned by respected leaders like, George Washington, Alexander Hamilton, Thomas Jefferson and Alexis De Toqueville, when they told us clearly what would happen if we forgot to be diligent and remain dedicated to the principles which founded this great nation? Can we honestly say in our “knowing ourselves” that we have been diligent in our responsibilities as the CEO of this nation. Perhaps you can but I cannot.

        I know that it is beyond time for us to stand up in defense of a constitution we swore to protect and defend. I know that we cannot continue to allow our children to be taught drivel, falsehood and foolishness so that they actually may be tricked into voting for greedy and avaricious representatives, spouting promises of utopia. I know that we cannot continue to exercise our freedom as expedience if it means that like this year over three hundred thousand fetuses must be eradicated so that we may be free of the responsibility to care for them. I know that all in this life is foolishness unless it serves the higher purpose of God’s Plan for humanity.

        I know the joy of my freedom and the responsibility that freedom demands. I know that many have forgotten the price of blood that was paid to earn us our freedom, and that, I shall not forget. I know that just because I have authority, or strength, might or power there is a price for using those tools without prudence and discernment. I know the price of my action or inaction and the accountability for either. I know that this present administration is ruthless beyond anything that we can imagine and will probably use overwhelming force to “put down” the dogs crying out for freedom from tyranny. I know that seeing men and women die, even in the defense of freedom is still horrific and should be avoided as last resort.

        I know that I love Americans, in all their quirkiness, kindness and even in their weakness and I will not call for revolution without people fully understanding the chaos that will bring to our children. I see that there are leaders like MG Vallely seeking profound action. I know that leaders have a responsibility for the troops that they lead and “must not lead them into battle without full consideration of the objectives and consequences”. I know that this country is based on the rule of laws and governance and these same laws may be used peacefully in defense of our beloved Constitution. I wish to see my country freed of the obvious tyranny which now threatens to consume it. I know that I will do whatever is necessary to see that come about. And I know that I will do what I must in defense of your right to call me what you feel you must because I serve God and he loved you enough to die for you, so I must as well.

          How much longer can we standby and wait for someone to take action..obviously those we voted to represent us are not going to do that. We start by exercising our free speech, we use the constitution as it was intended, then when all else fails and we are backed into a corner, then we fight!

I must also say I do not understand Barb’s attack as she had nothing specific to say other than to attack you personally. Note also that Barb thinks voting is the solution which if it were true, my voting for 40 years would by now surely have had some positive impact. Yet all I see is a new crop of criminals in office.

          Sir, you have my respect and appreciation for your service. Now let’s move on to finding a solution that can work. To start, I say God will Bless America when America honors God.

Your words are what I see as a decent example of American Exceptionalism being put forth in ideas and words, and there is only way we can go to restore this Republic, from the ashes of tyranny if this is what it comes to.

          I am all for what you have said but good sir. I also stand at the ready to do what must be done to take this country back from the totalitarian, communist scum as Obama. Our children are already suffering under tyranny even though as you so well noted, so many of them have been brainwashed from the earliest age through public education, social media and the water carrying propaganda driven MSM.

          I have ridiculed, mocked, insulted, harassed, followed, for my beliefs, morals, ethics, love of Jesus, having a patriot’s heart in a very beat up body by so called friends and family. yet I refuse to waiver in my beliefs or morals for one second of our Constitution and the BOR. It is not a perfect system but there is NONE better than our Constitution.

          That our country and our children, our most precious gift from the Lord should NEVER know the horrors of heavy conflict, a second revolution, where our streets are run red. It is our solemn s duty to prevent this and keep this from happening at almost all costs. Should these efforts fail then just count me in. Whether I take my last breath in peace or if I must be taken out in the street, inside my own home, or out in the high country as freedom fighter, so be it. I am willing to pay whatever price I must. Tyranny must not be allowed to metastasize further than it has. Just where I am at.

    I would like to be of some help for this organization, but unfortunately I don’t have much money, one of those low income people, especially becoming more low income because of obama. Have you sent out any petitions of no confidence, or a sign-up sheet for people to sign for that, that could be sent back to you to take to D.C. and given to someone in the House that is trustworthy enough to give those papers to the president or the presidential office? I belong to a womans conservative group in Ames, Iowa and also a central committee person on our republican party and a precinct chair also, I bet I could get quite a few signatures on that, if you had some form to send me. You could send it to my e-mail address and I could run off more copies on my printer if needed. Is this a possibility?

    The main question I have is that given the fact that neither Ovomit, nor congress, nor judges have any respect for any law, including the Constitution, how will a simple vote of no confidence force such criminals into taking the action we want, which if their resignations, for starters? You said yourself that there is nothing in our Constitution that authorizes that so, respectfully, please speak on this issue as many millions of Americans are ready to follow you or any other Patriot who has a solid plan.

    Reflection upon the source of our arguments may be the best place to begin this journey toward re-establishing this righteous nation governed by the people, for the people and of the people. Where did this great nation begin? It began with good people of modest finances yearning to have the freedom to make a life according to their own faith, family, hard work and prosperity. It grew into a movement and then with the aid of good men and women, was able to culminate in a document so rare, so unique and so clear that the world stopped for a moment to contemplate the possibilities. That document was not the Constitution of this great nation but rather the Declaration of Independence where good men got together to put down for all to see that they had reached the breaking point.

    Going forward we will not succeed because of emotion for some times we will feel defeated, despaired, ill-equipped or beaten. We will not succeed because of good ideas of smart men though many of those ideas will aid in winning battles on the journey to winning to war in defense of this country. We will not succeed because the enemy, which in this case is a government that has broken free of its harness and bridle, decides to acquiesce to well spoken argument. We will succeed due to the same reliance that caused those brave men to write that august document of declaration. The last line says it all and I quote, “And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor”.

    They committed to face whatever obstacles confronted them under the protection of God, pledging through shared honor their treasure and their lives to those righteous outcomes from which we now benefit. Are we made of the same stuff? Will we give honor to their sacrifice and the thousands of others who have made this same commitment even to the point of total loss for the opportunity to live together as free men? The time to write our history is upon us, I pray that we look to God and take seriously the vows to which we must pledge in order to bring about this grand venture. Then give all for that is what it may require.

    The corruption in the US Government began long before now, including the Nazi/Bush regime with the Obamanation of today a continued pattern of corruption. The MK Ultra CIA mind control of the military intelligence has brought forth much covert corruption that also needs cleansed with top religions used for control of the masses.
    The Bush Regime were NOT “naive” as you stated on a radio broadcast, but very much involved with the inside job of 9/11 etc. Where were you during that time to expose that corruption, which has only increased exponentially.
    We need a complete cleansing of the ungodly rule of controllers. The truth is coming forth, which means a complete truth of ALL of the corruption, which plagues this planet…
    God is NOT about control and is about truth and full disclosure (thank you Snowden!)
