Napolitano – Expect more terrorists at the White House

By Scott W. Winchell – This administration has totally turned the term terrorist on its head. What was once a terrorist, is now a member of a political party that leads a state friendly to the US? The trouble is, regardless of what they call themselves, they are still terrorists. If they continue to harbor their deeply ingrained hatred for the west and Israel, then they are now state-sponsors of terrorism.

That is the prime problem with the Obama administration, circular logic and propaganda. They want us to join the political correctness they define and openly cavort with our enemies with twisted and tortured logic. Islam is the problem, and they want you to think they are a ‘religion of peace’ which it demonstrably is not. This leaves one conclusion, they openly support Islam and that means their fanatic fundamentalists as well. That religion was not hijacked – its core is pure evil, and fundamentally, it is completely at odds with our way of life.

The recent uproar over the Muslim Brotherhood attaining some sort of legitimacy with this administration is simply appalling. Hundreds of visits by the administration have been conducted with the Muslim Brotherhood, they’re infiltration into our leadership is deep, and the idea that a group who still wants to annihilate Israel is to be legitimized is anathema to our freedom and liberty, as well as our constitution and rule-of-law system.

If you use their logic, that means Hezbollah, the de facto leadership of Lebanon is also a legitimate political party as well. Taking that logic to the next level means that Tehran is a peace loving cabal of fundamentalists who should be allowed to join the nuclear weapon fraternity. Don’t forget the talks with the Taliban as well.

At one point, the Taliban was a terror sponsoring state. Circular path back to hell? Now we should expect more terror organization visits to DC? And once again, this administration just skirts by, damned the law, and damn be the Congress – the representatives of the people. King Obama! Imagine four more years of this!

DHS head: Expect more members of terrorist organizations to visit US

DHA Secretary Janet Napolitano - What next, the White House will invite Hasan Nasrallah of Hezbollah for a state level meeting?

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano told Congress today to expect more members of designated foreign terrorist organizations to visit the United States.

“I think you are right in pointing out that as we move forward we are going to continue to have visitors to this country that the State Department and others feel are useful to bring to the country to have discussions moving forward who say they are members of the political party that in the past have been so designated,” Napolitano told House Homeland Security Committee chairman Pete King, R-N.Y. during a committee hearing this morning.

Napolitano was defending the decision to host Hani Nour Eldin — a member of Egyptian parliament elected on the political party platform of  the Islamic Group, which the State Department has designated as foreign terrorist organization — at the White House.

“I think we have to add more nuance to that,” she said when King mentioned that Eldin is part of a designated foreign terrorist organization. “We have to know what the group was. Is it now a political party that is running the government of a country that has strong ties to the United States?” She added that he went through three stages of vetting and “everyone who looked at this person felt confident that he was not a security risk to the White House or to the United States.”

King charged the Obama Administration with violating a law in hosting Eldin at the White House. “It appears as if the law was not complied with in that he did not apply for a waiver [and] Congress was not notified, which is also required,” he told Napolitano. “It does not appear that either the letter or the spirit of the law was complied with.”

When King reiterated that complaint about the process by which Eldin was allowed into the country, Napolitano conceded that “on the process, that’s a fair point to make.”
