Covert Iranian Plans to take over Baghdad Government

Relations between Iran and Maliki have been growing sour for the past year, largely due to Maliki’s lack of support for Syria’s al Assad Regime. Both Maliki and al Jaffari are members of the Shi’ite Dawa Party who openly supported the Iranian Revolution and sought to overthrow Saddam Hussein during the Iran/Iraq War. Intent on assuring that Bashar al Assad stays in power; the Iranians are forcing the hand of their Shi’ite brethren in Baghdad.

Additionally, SUA has learned that this move is part of a greater plan to establish hegemony over the region by squashing the revolution in Syria, aligning the Iraqi government with Tehran, and securing Lebanon. There are also indicators that Tehran is implementing a region wide effort to secure its position with other Arabian Peninsula states.

Recently, confirmed intelligence has emerged from Syrian FSA officers that a very large contingent of Iranian forces has already slipped into Syria, with many more en-route. The force is said to eventually exceed many tens of thousands.

Eye-witnesses tell SUA that a large amount these Iranian forces have already entered Syria via Iraq, in civilian garb, through the al-Bukamal border zone. Once in Syria, they were armed by the regime, and are already fighting alongside Syrian Regime troops across Syria. The flow of forces continues today, and sources confirm that Iran is prepared to complete the moves within days.

The moves will arrive concurrently with the last ditch efforts of the regime to reclaim Aleppo, secure Iranian influence and control, and secure Syria’s chemical and biological weapons.

In related news, these sources also informed SUA, “that at least five to six airlifts of personnel are leaving on Russian aircraft daily.” Both naval and air transportation are involved, with many of the regime’s civilian components and Russian civilians being evacuated prior to these end-game moves. These intelligence sources also indicate that Jordan is next. The specter of WMD use hangs over the entire sphere.

Fighting continues in Aleppo, Syria’s largest city on Sunday while accusations of meddling – and pleas to meddle more – are flying on the international stage. This is a dynamic situation and SUA will update the public as events and new information emerges.
