Mr. Kerry E. Patton is an internationally recognized security, terrorism, and intelligence expert. He has assisted and continues to assist in the research and development for an upcoming “National Security” degree program for a major University as well as serves as a Director, researcher and curriculum developer for a new U.S. Army Special Operations program out of the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center School.

For over 18 years he has served in the Department of Defense, Department of Justice, and as a contractor within the Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Department of State. Mr. Patton has taught members of the National Security Agency, Defense Security Services Agency, Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms Agency, along with Domestic and International federal government organizations and numerous State and Local Law Enforcement Agencies to name a few in terrorism, intelligence, and physical security related issues.

He has briefed some of the highest of government officials ranging from Ambassadors, Congressmen, Senators, and Pentagon Staff. He has served his country honorably throughout South America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Europe serving within multiple capacities ranging from human intelligence to dignitary protection of Afghan President Karzi. He has interviewed (outside interrogations) terrorists and former terrorists within Hezb Islami Gulbadine, Taliban, Maoists, and the Palestinian Liberation Organization as well as political party members associated to terrorist organizations.

He holds an Occupational Instructor Certification through the United States Air Force, two Associates Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Criminal Justice and Instruction of Technical Military Science, a Bachelors Degree from American Military University in Intelligence Studies Concentrating in Terrorism, and a Masters Degree in Strategic Intelligence concentrating in Global Terrorism. Most recently, Mr. Patton completed the manuscript for his upcoming book titled, “Sociocultural Intelligence: A New Discipline in Intelligence Studies” which will be publicly available June of 2010 through Continuum International Publishing Group. Mr. Patton has several published articles written.

He can often be heard as a guest on the John Batchelor, John Loftus, and or the Tom Marr radio shows. Mr. Patton is also the Vice President of Training and Public Relations for the Emerald Society of the Federal Law Enforcement Agencies, www.esflea.org. When time permits, Mr. Patton conducts guest speaking engagements for Universities throughout the United States on “Cultural Complexities throughout Afghanistan.” He currently teaches terrorism, intelligence, and protection management courses for Henley Putnam University.

In my Senior year of H.S., I was approached and recruited by a small, private college in Haverhill, Mass. called Bradford College. (I graduated in the Spring of ’79 with an AA in Human Studies – having taken 6 classes of Philosophy, among others). The Dean, T. Downing Bowler, was a former minister who had been thrown out of his church as a heretic due to his bringing in Eastern concepts into his sermons, who was in the process of writing his manuscript on General Systems Theory.

I fancied myself at the time as somewhat of an expert in Eastern Religions, most especially Zen Buddhism. The Dean asked me if I had ever read the Bhagavad Gita or the Upanishads. I responded something along the lines of, say what?

The only reason I agreed to attend his school was if he would return to the classroom & teach Eastern Philosophy. He agreed – I ended up taking his General Systems class & assisted him in teaching the Eastern Philosophy class. One long weekend, during this course, I spent at a Sufi Monastery/Commune in upstate NY, after which I wrote a report about the Indian Sufi Cleric, Pir Vilayat Khan and my experience at his “Abode of the Message”.

The college had 343 students all told, approximately 175 residents, of which 28 states & 17 foreign countries were represented. One semester, I had a Japanese roommate. I shared classes with folks from Turkey, Venezuela, Somalia, Kenya & Iran, as well as Canada & Western European countries.

I also made friends one semester with a Saeed Muhammed, formerly Phillip House of Philadelphia. In our deep, philosophical discussions regarding G-d & Man, he attempted to convert me to Islam, and gave me a koran, which I still have today. However, I did not particularly find much appealing about Islam, and found the koran to be confusing at best.

So, I didn’t do much studying on the subject – until 911, that is

Another thing – on Nov. 4, ’79 our embassy was seized in Tehran along with the hostages. The following weekend, Veterans Day weekend (I was working at the local Community College and taking a class in International Relations) I went back up to Bradford to discuss the situation with my Iranian friends. When I got there, they had all left for parts unknown – their parents being a part of the Shah’s military and gov’t.

However, I did end up walking the hall back towards his room with a Turkish student. My basic question was, why? When we arrived at his room, I fully expected to go in with him and sit to discuss – these guys were normally always good for conversation, discussions & debates – however, he ended up slamming the door in my face and leaving me alone with my thoughts and questions in the hall.

I’ve been keeping an eye on Iran ever since.

After 911, I found myself asking why once more, and looking ever closer at Islam, the koran, the Muslim Brotherhood and the Islamic Republic of Iran. That doesn’t make me an expert, though – just a very concerned Citizen.

Perhaps the good Lord is preparing me for a transition – I’ve been out of work for almost a year now. My goal has been to find some like minded individuals so as to build a business of significance for, & in, the service of our Country, something along the lines of my article “Hardening Fortress America”. Unfortunately, up to this point, there’s been no takers.

I am a member of ACT for America, Central Jersey Chapter; United Against Nuclear Iran; the Republican Club of Little Egg Harbor, NJ; and the Grand Lodge of NJ Free & Accepted Mason’s, Atlantic Lodge No. 221.

I’m also in the process of applying to the NJ Chapter Sons of the American Revolution – I just need to find my paternal grandparents marriage license.

He was responsible for the distribution of JonesKnowledge.com e-education software products and services around the globe, as well as contributing to the deployment of Jones International University (a wholly owned subsidiary) degree and certificate programs within corporations and associations. He was associated with the Jones companies since 1996 when he was appointed to the Board of Directors of Jones Intercable Inc., a publicly traded company, until its sale to Comcast, Inc in April of 1999.

Regional Marketing Director for First Variable Life lnsurance Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Irish life of North America. Responsible for marketing variable annuity and variable life insurance products to NASD firms, regional wirehouse firms and financial planning firms in northern CA, northern NV, OR, WA, and Alaska.

Andy Limbaugh provides a deep knowledge of the entire political process. His varied experiences include involvement in successful U.S. Congressional campaigns, political fund raising and as a registered lobbyist with both houses of the U.S. Congress. In addition, Limbaugh has provided expertise as a business liaison between the private sector, government agencies and the GSA. He has been integral in the development and operations of corporate structure management including finance, audit, legal, sales & marketing, manufacturing, new business development and corporate governance.

Andy is currently developing a long-term political education enterprise using cutting-edge communication technology. This multi-phase rollout will provide consolidated information about the U.S. political process as it relates to specific policy issues, from the local school board level to the office of the President. An integrated scoring methodology will be implemented and based on the principles and values as set forth in the U.S. Constitution and other founding documents.
